Very poor service. My husband arrived 15 mins early for his appointment per the instructions received from the staff. When he arrived he was advised that due to their tight schedule, and him not arriving 30 minutes early, they would not be able to keep his scheduled appointment. This is the second time he has experienced issues with an appointment. He contacted his doctor and they too were shocked.

I haven't even been to my appointment yet but I called to verify my appointment location because my paperwork had the Columbus location but the text that I received had the Phenix City location. I personally want to make sure I'm going to the right location so that I can make it to my appointment on time. Either location would work for me so i was not upset at all, i just wanted to make sure I'm going to the right one. When I called, the lady that answered the phone acted like I was an idiot and that I was bothering her by calling. Just absolutely rude as could be. This was not professional at all.
If I was to miss this appointment by going to the wrong location, I would be blamed and charged for a missed appointment so why is it so hard to listen to what someone is asking and then respond with a simple, " Sorry your paperwork was wrong but you are scheduled for this location."

Awful service! Front desk staff did not check to see if paperwork was completed on patient portal before visit and requested me to complete again. Also requested I pay before test was completed after I explained to them I have a spending account (which the balance would’ve covered test). Still requested payment!
Contacted insurance to make them aware of the situation with Bridgeway. They agreed that spending account would’ve payment and actually effective this year insurance will cover test as preventative service. Service in back was less than professional and safe!
They seemed unorganized and not friendly at all. Had to have contrast with procedure and one tech was less than confident when she attempted to locate a vein in arm without gloves. Had to call second tech to provide assistance (also without gloves). Had to try the other arm. Need techs with experience and confidence. And should have better PPE practices! I do hope they practice better safety measures!
The environment in the back was not clean and boxes in the area. Seemed to be under staffed! Poor customer service throughout the visit/procedure!
Representative from Bridgeway informs me they have to wait for claim to process before refund.
Hmm… not convinced the refund will be in a timely manner after reading other reviews. Of course the employee over billing was not available and will be out for remainder of week.

My Mom recently got a breast exam(which is free btw). She ended up leaving the office that day having to pay $155 for a so called “dense breast exam”. My mom thinking she needed this because the woman who was doing her exam made it sound like this would be necessary (deceitfully saying many people don’t like to get it because it’s expensive). Play on words. She recieved a letter from them stating she “Does Not Have Dense Breast”. But that’s okay. I just want tthose who go here for a breast exam don’t listen to any extra things they say you might need. Only follow what your doctor says you need. People don’t have money to just be given out. Times are hard.

I’ve been trying to reach them for an ultrasound my doctor ordered to check for a possible blood clot and I haven’t been able to reach them to get it scheduled. Has anyone else had issues with contacting them? I thought blood clots were urgent

Had an awesome experience but it’s such a hassle to get your money back. They won’t do anything without payment up front but good luck getting your money back. Took my husband a year to get $50 back. I’m 3 months out from my service and still no refund.

The best service & the doctors and front desk & all of the techs are top notch. Customer service is fantastic. Lisa Blaire took care of every detail during a very stressful time for us ! Dr. Hoover no words ! You cannot find anyone better !!!

Thank you to the tech who did my leg ultra sound Ashley... she was very sweet and very helpful with the whole process and she let me know what she was doing when she was gannna do it ... very friendlypeople also
