I was so uncomfortable when I was finally brought to some small office/exam room the by the guy in the dinghy lab coat , I felt so uncomfortable my hairs in the back of my neck stood up. I was suppose to meet a nurse practitioner instead I got a heavily accent one man show. He was directing me to take height n weight all in some no room corner if I were to stick my legs out I’d hit the wall and door. Besides the tiny MESSY office/exam room, I’ve been trying to call for a week and can’t get anyone on the phone or even the ability to leave a voicemail. There are 2 numbers listed on line both have a Brief MD recording yet no one that answers the phone? But I was able to message via WHATSAPP …. They had a hard time understanding me and this is supposed to be my PRIMARY CARE? NO WAY! There suppose to focus on women’s health, yeah right I felt like a bad horror movie where sexual assault was the likely outcome. Do not attempt to go here! Save yourself the headache of explaining to him how uncomfortable you feel and how this
“office “ is no office at all with no other medial personnel just the guy in the dinghy jacket. My Care Coordinator recommended this place after finding it online, what a mistake that was. They accept my insurance but online they say there a NON PROFIT?!! I don’t know what there deal is but it’s not a PCP clinic, it’s no clinic at all. No nurses, LNA’s no Secretaries no one except the guy in the dinghy lab coat.
