I have had a few visits here since Norwood Hospital closed in 2020. This facility is exceedingly well run, well organized, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about the folks that work here and the efficient delivery of services. I had to have a blood draw and ECG done. It was a walk-in/no appointment. I was in and out in under 20 minutes on BOTH and by the time I got home, they had already posted the results of a CBC blood test. AMAZING!

I absolutely dread having to call this place. Just called to schedule an appointment. Called the main number, was transferred to the discipline I needed, someone answers the phone with no indication I’ve reached the correct department (obgyn) and gives me attitude when I verify. Just really got the sense there was no desire from this call operator to assist me. I give 3 stars because I do love many of the doctors. I have contemplated switching to BIDMC OB so many times but the hassle to deal with insurance etc has just kept me coming to BWH but based on the steady decline of reviews and the dreaded I feel when dealing with this office, I think it’s time to change.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism I experienced at this hospital under Dr. Nakrani and her staff. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment today, completed the E-check-in process, and was visibly present in the waiting area. Despite this, after waiting for 15 minutes without being called, I approached the front desk to inquire about my appointment status.

To my surprise, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to a failure to complete the E-check-in. I immediately showed proof that I had, in fact, successfully checked in. Upon reviewing my record, the staff member acknowledged that my E-check-in was completed. However, when she consulted with the doctor, I was still refused service due to what was clearly an administrative error on their end. Instead of accommodating me, I was asked to reschedule for a later date—despite the mistake not being mine.

This level of mismanagement, lack of accountability, and disregard for patient time is unacceptable. The staff’s behavior was both unprofessional and dismissive, reflecting poorly on the quality of care provided. I hope the hospital takes immediate steps to improve its processes and ensure patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I've been to this facility several times for myself and other family members. I have had great experiences every single time whether it's been in rehabilitation or seeing doctors. From the valets to all the receptionists everything has gone smoothly for me.

I had a once in my lifetime experience here last Friday. I went to have a review session at the Pain Treatment clinic. The nurse was not in the Pain Clinic staff, she was a floater. When I told her about my issues that had built my pain level. Her immediate response was "I have to recommend that you go to an ER. That will be your best step to get Treatment right away. And I think you need Treatment right away." i have been cautiously transported to one and another ER's on a nightmare snowstorm on rush hour. Every aasingle Brigham's employee I met was professional, warm, concerned. I went from a 10 am science doctor appointment on Friday morning, to a 3:30 PM tomorrow schedule for surgery.

I usually never take the time to review, but I have never experienced such blatant disregard in my life. To keep a long story short my 25 phone cals went to no one. Everyone at Mass Brigham who says they "will help you" will transfer your call to a deadline. I left messages, wrote emails and used their "patient portal". you are more likely to get quality medical attention at your local walmart.

My daughter was scheduled for an appt here. It took them 3 MONTHS just to call us to make the appt. The appt we got was 6 MONTHS out. All said, we have waited ONE YEAR for this appt, only to get a phone call yesterday, where the woman very nonchalantly told me it was cancelled and to look in Patient Gateway for the new appt! No new appt was in Patient Gateway! I had to call and was given the new appt a year out so she’s now waiting 2 YEARS for this appt. This is so upsetting, disrespectful and outrageous where we have been patients of B&W’s for years & years & this is how she’s treated! Disgusting! DO BETTER B&W’s!!!

Be careful and pay attention. They like to illegally manipulate your bill and charge you for extra services you didn't receive. Not the only Brigham location I've had this issue with either.
