Michelle is a very powerful healer.
Remember, healers don't actually heal us, they guide us to our healing and we do the work. I had Access Bars performed on me and I could feel things shifting during the hands on part of the process!! I could feel energy flowing through my arms and out to the universe through my fingertips. I've had a weird sensation around my stomach when laying on my back for a few months and about halfway through the session I felt that release and flow out, the discomfort disappeared and my breathing became much easier. What an amazing, beautiful experience!!

Just had my first Access Bar healing session with Michelle and it was wonderful. I immediately felt at ease in her presence. I had never heard of this particular healing modality prior to this and was open to trying it. I felt immensely calm and relaxed during the session and left feeling very refreshed and light. Every point she touched on my head during the session felt like it was pulsating with positive energy and warmth, it felt like a massage for my brain. She ended the session with some reiki healing as well which was really nice.
Give it a try, especially if you’re struggling with any negative thought patterns / anxiety.
