I have been coming here for over 5 yrs. David Patterson is one of the warmest, most compassionate people I've met. A lot of professionals in this field can be somewhat aloof and clinical which can make you feel uneasy about sharing things. He takes you seriously and makes you know that your issues are important. His expertise in medicine makes you comfortable in discussing options and treatment. He has always been prompt to return calls and works quickly to resolve pharmacy issues. I wouldn't trade him for anyone. If you're in need but afraid to step out and trust someone, well look no further. The hardest part is over...finding someone who doesn't think you're just another number. He's a God-send.

Easily accessible office and incredibly competent and compassionate providers are here. Any appointment can be made in person and / or by telehealth, which is very helpful. If you have a question about anything, chances are you’ll get an answer. I’ve been to a lot of practices, and I’ve never felt so seen and heard with any practicioner as I have with them here at Brighter Side Wellness. It’s worth mentioning that the front desk gals are so on top of everything, and patient service is always great!

I have been going to Brighter side for many years. David is amazing, he takes interest in my well being. I am honestly much better off with my anxiety and depression. I am not familiar with the other psychologists but David is great I recommend him to everyone.

extremely unprofessional experience all around. given attitude every single time I was replied to throughout the appointment. I was cut off in the middle of explaining how the medication was affecting me and he went on a tangent completely unrelated to what I was experiencing. took my vital signs and wrote them down on a sticky note....if you're looking for a trustworthy psychiatrist, this is not the place!!
