The pharmacist and staff are pleasant, my sons medication is frequently backordered but it is what it is. I rather drive 10 minutes to go here then horrible CVS who always messes up the simplest things. I believe in Brimhall pharmacy.

I have used Brimhall Pharmacy three times in the last six months and they have gone way above and beyond any pharmacy I have used.
My regular pharmacy could not fill my prescriptions due to medication shortages, dosage confusion, other pharmacy related issues, as well as failing to communicate with my doctor (as they said they would) and didn't seem too enthused to try to help me out

Pharmacy does NOT take Good Rx or any other discount card. Also they have an arbitrary policy that they will only fill Px for opioid pain medications if you transfer every other Px to them to fill. They claim it's to make them seem as though they are not filling to many narcotic Px's. This is NOT required by law it IS required by them because they know that when shortages on pain medications occur at other pharmacies they can pounce and hold you hostage to them. GREED abounds here. Since my Insurance does not cover the quantity of my pain meds and since there is a shortage at other pharmacies I was forced to go here. I kept asking what the cash price for my meds were and was repeatedly told they would not know until it was filled. They also never answer the phone when you call even during normal business hours. Worst pharmacy in town. Please don't end up like me. Try ANY other pharmacy in town first. These people are GREEDY and Unprofessional and downright unscrupulous..

I love this Pharmacy. They have the best group of people working there. It never feels like a chore. They text me when my families prescriptions are ready so I don’t have to wait. They always find coupons for my more expensive prescription. I’m glad I switched to them.

The Indian guy at counter told me every time how they don’t like to fill my prescription, being that it is expensive to buy and they don’t make enough money on it.
Another time while checking out, he slide a laminated piece of paper across the counter. The paper requested that I buy all my prescriptions through them to help offset the percentage of controlled prescriptions to non-controlled..... It was an awkward interaction.
Besides dealing with that guy, all the other employees were awesome.

I have never met a friendlier and a more generous pharmacist than Mr. Kamal Gill. I went in to get my TNF blockers and he was very informative and forthcoming about the side effects. He didn’t even charge me for something else related to my injections. The other staff member was pleasant as well and made sure he put my injections in a cold pack as I wasn’t headed home. I am very appreciative of the nice treatment I received and I left a very happy customer! Thank you, Mr. Gill!
