These people get my monthly prescription messed up every single month without fail since we started using them when we moved to the area five years ago. The staff is uneducated and quite frankly two of them are rude to you when you tell them something they should have known being a pharmacy tech. I’m glad we are moving and I can use somewhere else local that is knowledgeable and courteous to their customers

Always liked this place and people until Deborah started working here. She is rude,unfriendly and shuts the windows on you as your trying to talk. Definetly the definition of horrible customer service!!

I have been with Brooklere pharmacy since they were around the corner as a kid who grew up in Shady Grove in the 70's and 80's. Then, I got married and had kids. My new family and I have been with you since the 90's . And, now we have went into a new millennium. Mr. Johnny has been a life saver to my family for almost 50 years. Thank you and looking forward to another 50 years together with the next generation. Go tigers !

I love this place ❤. It has been my pharmacy for over 30 years. When I moved, I wanted to take them with me. They know my family and their family is the best. I will drive 40 minutes to get my prescription!

My family has used this pharmacy for most of my life. Over the past few years service has gotten worse & worse. Every single month there is some issue. If it’s not a over charge, then the Rx isn’t ready, or it’s the wrong Rx filled. We don’t live in Adamsville anymore but continued to stay so it is really out of the way to have to come back because of their constant mistakes. And I won’t even go into the 2 awful women working in the pharmacy that are ALWAYS so rude! The time has come for my family to find a different pharmacy.
