First of all they have moved!! I am directionally challenged, so I posted a picture with directions to easily find it. Go behind the big building to the back parking lot and you will see their waiting room through the glass windows. There's a walk way and it's the office to the right. Can't miss it!

I have been going to Brookwood Primary Care in Cahaba Heights for years now! I used to see Kat O'Neal and now I see Lisa Looper the NP as my Primary and she ALWAYS listens to me at our appointments and responds to my portal messages when I have a question or a health concern. To me, this is so important to have a provider that wants to know you and takes notes so they remember little details too. She is so knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to find the perfect balance in your medication. I had just had a baby when I started seeing her and the fact that she took the time to do a blood panel and an old fashioned health screen was brilliant because everything in a woman's body gets thrown off post partum! This woman is a AMAZING!! She always asks how I'm doing PP and how many baby is, which is some homey and sweet.

I have only seen Dr. Lipperd once (which was today and by luck I was squeezed in for a sick appointment) and he was very helpful and thoroughly listened to me. He got me just the help I needed after a shot and some meds I'm already feeling better!

The nursing staff here have always been angels. Even on a crazy day at their clinic, they make every patient feel important and taken care of and they all make you feel at home. They are never in a rush or leave you hanging! If you have to leave a message on the nurses line or if they need something from you, they are so quick to call. It's amazing!

The front desk is also FABUOUS! Today I was so desperate to be seen and they were so kind and helpful with working me in. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes and felt like I was taken care of!

This was literally the best new patient visit I've had since I've been an adult! I saw one of the nurse practitioners Katherine and she was comprehensive, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I'm fairly young and healthy but she invested a great deal of time reviewing my health history and family history and seemed generally interested in what was important to me. The staff was amazing, from check in to check out the ladies in the front desk area fantastic, they literally explained the new patient paperwork and why each document was important. The nurse Madonna was remarkable; nice and very thoughtful. She introduced herself and explained her role in my visit. I haven't seen customer service this great in healthcare in a long time. Hats off to the team. I'm new to Birmingham and they are officially my medical home !!!

Dr. Lipperd, Rick Robinson and the entire staff at BPC Cahaba Heights are top notch! I really don't enjoy having to go to the doctor but when I go there, I feel my care is important to them. Michelle at the front desk is exceptional as well. Love them all!

I've been coming here to see Dr. Lipperd for a few years now - usually for my 'annual bug'. He's always very friendly and quick to provide me relief when possible. It's also been my experience that they are able to fit me in for a same day appointment more often than any of the other doctors that I've consulted in Birmingham, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with something like the flu.
