Good experience with this company. Excellent customer service and especially from PARKER. He followed up with phone calls and caring responsiveness in each conversation. I found him knowledgeable and kind, looking for the best way to solve problems in getting the best medical equipment.

The place is in Winter Garden, a 30 to 45 minute drive from Orlando. If for any reason you arrive 10 minutes late, they won’t accommodate you. Medical appointments are not even that strict.

The staff members are so professional and proficient and they care about you if you are a physically-challenged person this is the place to go to in Central Florida because they really do care about you and they will help you out tremendously I purchase a motorized wheelchair from them three years ago and the upkeep and repair of the chair has been awesome I don't have a vehicle so my wheelchair is my way to a better life outside of my apartment I will always recommend Browning healthcare medical equipment to anyone I meet because they have a awesome staff I called them my guardian angels

Admittedly I normally am just a Walgreens/CVS gal, but picking up some medical supplies for my mom's surgery recovery has been an excellent and over the top customer experience that will have me raving about Browning's forever. The folks were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

Very disappointed! I was referred to Browning Medical supply, with a prescription from my doctor, and was sold the incorrect ankle brace. Browning is refusing to accept a return, even though I was lied to about it being the same as the one on my prescription. Will not and do not recommend doing business with them, when they won't back what was their mistake.

terrible. They charged my father who is on Medicaid/Medicare for a face mask after he was explicitly going for a mask fitting and to pick up his machine. Why would they charge him to change sizes of a mask if it was supposed to be a mask fitting to begin with? We have been in the process of getting this corrected. Not only that- they charged him for the face mask size Medium...and still sent him home with a Small... putting the incorrect mask in the new one he was coerced to pay CASH for AND ALSO DID NOT GIVE HIM A RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, just sent him home with a statement where "$0.00 copay" was crossed out and replaced with their number. No one speaks Spanish there either- they let someone who was "learning Spanish to teach her children" translate for my dad instead of calling a language line or asking him if he has someone he trusted to translate instead. super unprofessional. they need to step it up- or get out of business if they can't even manage to help an elderly person who trusts a pharmacy to do their job.

Tried to get a cpap here. When I called to discuss it after they got the order from my dr, they said they are waiting 7-10 business days for the supplies to arrive and would call me back to discuss. I thought it was weird that we couldn't even talk about it in the meantime. This is my first cpap and I wanted more information. Called them after 2 weeks and they said that the supplies arrived and they'd call me back later in the day. I called back the next day since they didn't call back. They said the supplies arrived but they never placed an order for me so MY supplies may not be available and would take 7-10 business days to order. I thanked them for wasting 2 weeks of my life and went somewhere else instead, where they shipped same day and I got it a few days later.
