One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Doesn’t listen. I wanted a referral to an endocrinologist and she wouldn’t do it! Said: ā€œIt’ll take months for you to see an endocrinologist i can do what they do.ā€ So she did a blood test and came to the conclusion that I don’t have diabetes. I never said I thought I had diabetes dumbass! Oh and she wanted to put me on a high blood pressure medication because the last few times I had been there my BP had been a little high. Number one it’s common practice to take a second blood pressure reading if the first is high and that was never done. Number two never asked me about anything that might be affecting BP like diet or stress. Well I do have a tendency to add too much salt to food so I cut down on that and by the time I saw my new doctor my BP was normal. AVOID

Primary doctor, absolutely listens and lets you choose your plan care/ test you want present valid reasons why you want to do it . She incredibly kind and patient! Even with the battles of insurance, her and her team make sure to send out any medical scripts, referrals, and any medical documents asap! I have no complaints!

From wonderful and caring staff to a doctor that I wished I had all my life and grateful to have now. If there was a wait time, I know she is giving the best care to that other patient and my turn will come with that same care and dedication to my health. She has seen my husband, myself and two sons, we all love her and her staff

Been going to Dr.Clift for about 2 years now. Started to see her while pregnant with my boy. My son is here today because she was so consistently on top of everything in and outside of the delivery room. Has a way of being honest with you but still maintaining bed side manner and empathy. I am also not the best patient when it comes to anything invasive and her team has always showed me patience and grace. Her nurses and team make you feel like family and are always happy to answer any questions. Also they are so quick to make sure you have everything you need like paper referrals before you leave the office. All in all just a wonderful doctors office.

My family used Dr. Clift for PCP services for father in-law and mother in-law for about 8 months. Both were of advanced age and needed to see the doctor pretty regularly. My father in-law in particular would have appointments every few weeks. I went with my in-laws to all of their appointments with Dr. Clift. So needless to say we had a good number of interactions with this office. Here are a few things that stood out from the time spent here that ultimately led us to finding a new PCP elsewhere.

1. Dr. Clift’s secretary is also her husband, and he somehow thinks his personal relationship to his boss allows him liberty speak beyond his station. He is rude and opinionated about things he clearly doesn’t understand. He was incredibly unprofessional towards my father in-law stating that people using veteran’s healthcare benefits are like welfare cases who are leaching off the taxpayers. He said Dr. Cliff’s father was a veteran and never needed to use VA health benefits because he spent his life working instead of working the system. Yet they couldn’t wait to schedule as many appointments as possible and had no problem taking as much of VA’s dollars as they could.

2. Dr. Clift herself is always in a hurry and it feels like she treats her office as a cash printer instead of compassionate clinic providing vital medical care. She struggles to listen to the patients concerns and rather seems to rattle stuff off her computer like a WebMD robot.

3. My mother in-law who had advanced onset Alzheimer’s disease was incredibly difficult to transport due to her condition. Rather than help us by getting as much done when we could get her in the car to the office, we were forced to return for for a number of separate appointments for everything she needed. In one instance we had to drive an hour for a separate appointment just for a doctor’s note two days after seeing Dr. Clift for an annual check up. They cited that it would count as a separate evaluation to get an incredibly simple note for TSA security, but the truth is they wanted to double bill Medicare. These unnecessary return appointments and our ignored pleas lead to my mother in-law having a meltdown in the office and running away from the building. We spent almost 2 hours trying to calm her down. But, at least Dr. Clift got to double charge the government as many times as possible.

The fact is this place is an appointment factory and not a doctor with care an attention to patients needs. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

**I did give this office 2 stars, but had to remove one due to their deflection of a reply and lack of ability to take responsibility.

**No video visits were offed for my mother in-law with advanced Alzheimer’s even when we asked for one.

**Despite having military family Dr. Clift’s husband still treats those who use VA benefits poorly. Likely a product of some social opinion he holds.

I just became a new patient today. I’ve never felt more at ease. From the moment you walk in the door. Front desk lady is fantastic. Assistant is great. I have horrible veins but she drew my blood with total ease. Dr Clift is very caring, took time to know me and my medical history. Can’t say enough kind words about the whole experience. I’m so grateful they accepted me as a patient.
