Dr Poole is great. He is straight forward trust worthy and personable. The ladies at check in and check out were smiling and seem to enjoy working with people. I know this is not technically related to Mobility and Bone but the woman in the LabCorp office is very nice. I hate needles and she makes sets a relaxed atmosphere with her personality and is great as I didn’t feel any my thing during the blood draw.
Really appreciate Dr Poole and the team assembled.

With Dr. Bryan Poole I felt very comfortable. He understood my pain right away and his care was unbelievable of the change of pain with less then 24 hrs.
After 5 1/2 months of pain that was not needed with another RA Dr. Right now Dr. Poole is my choice even if I have to travel every 2 months
that will take 6 hrs both ways.
I think highly of Dr.Poole. Thank you so much!!!

By nature I immediately have rapid heart rate and super elevated blood pressure the days before my appointment, I am an overthinker and I get sick focusing on my appointment!! Hard to get to know a NÉW Rheumatologist, that has no clue who I am and I forget half of my history in that short amount of time. Dr. Poole was simply so caring, humorous, encouraging and professional! Everyone in my office know how I get and when I returned to work colleagues weren’t like “okkkk, how was it?” They lived my last flare up, they know I was the walking dead! I had a fantastic experience he was very positive and I didn’t feel like I was going to die tomorrow ( some Doctor are very dramatic and everything is a catastrophe and patients then just want to give up. FINALLY , I hit a NEW YORK home run based on first experience. Sincerely Lourdes ( LORI ) J.
