BTone in Harwich has been an amazing way to get my strength back after knee replacements, the machine allows me to feel supported and safe to make real progress. The instructors are all fun and give appropriate feedback at the right times. Well run business overall. Worth the money!

I just moved to Harwich full time. Coming from Texas where there were studios on every corner- I am so happy I found btone! I not only love the workout but I love meeting others that live here year round as well. I’ve been a stay at home mom for 7 years and this is the best hobby for me!!

I have been going to btone for close to 2 years now on and off and I love it! I have never been someone who commits and sticks to an exercise program and btone is the first program I have stuck with consistently. It’s a great mix of moves and strength levels and I’m always challenged.

I love Btone! It is such an amazing workout. I am not into strength training but know that I need to do it in order to maintain my muscle mass as I age. Btone takes a very mundane task and makes it so interesting and fun.

I started Btone this summer so I could finally have a ✨hobby✨ . The instructors that I’ve had the pleasure to take classes with have all been kind and keep me motivated during class!
