Worst customer service from staff. I have dealt with them in the past for billing issues they kept charging me for a copay of another kid that wasn’t mine for over a year and they event tried to send it to collections. I finally had to go in myself and get it fixed with the doctor. And today I attempted to bring my kids give them a chance because they called me to schedule a yearly. My appointment was at 10am walked in at 10:04 and the the girl so rudely said I was late and she was not going to see us. the staff was so rude even hearing them talking to people on the phone they were so rude. I walked out because I’m not dealing with these people again. They act like they have so much entitlement. They are just medical assistants who should be there to care for patients. Clearly they need training on how to treat people. I can take my kids and money somewhere else. Please save your money and time and don’t bring your kids here.

HORRIBLE OFFICE! I took my child here and they told me she couldn’t be seen because I was 6 -7 minutes early and should have came 20 minutes early. Really!!!! Then told me I needed to fill out new patient paperwork (she has been seen there and it’s been a year she hasn’t gone) The staff never told me over the phone to arrive 15 minutes early nor I’ve gotten a reminder call/ text to come in 15 minutes prior. The front desk staff told me to reschedule and to make sure I’m on time next visit so RUDE!

They did a bad job on my babies teeth. They took a hour and a half just to take 20 pictures Jessica Montes, the manager and Sonny the doctor that is -4 Stars of my state tax and federal.

Place doesn't even have sick appointments. It's run if the mill basic pediatrics. So if your kid is actually sick and needs to be seen, don't bother.

I brought my children to their first appointment at this office and I really loved it from the cleanliness of the office to the staff and especially the doctor, very friendly and they explain the entire process step by step. I recommend the office 100%.

Wait times are ridiculous and expect to be rescheduled if you are even 5 minutes late. So far in a year they have only been able to see my child once when she was sick. Instead we are having to utilize urgent cares. Guess it’s time to find a real provider instead of this office.

Skip this office. I’ve waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure I’m clear minded. As a first time parent it’s already stressful enough finding your new baby good care. My issue with this office is that there is only one provider and our appointments ALWAYS got rescheduled. Which wasn’t a problem for me since I’m home with baby but literally every single appointment had been rescheduled. The reason I will not be going back is because when I asked for a referral to take my baby to the dermatologist/ allergist during a very bad flare to which he wasn’t responding to his usual meds they did not come through. When I called a couple of days later to follow up due to baby being miserable and not sleeping for days I was told the doctor will get to it but they couldn’t tell me when. It took them 2 weeks to finally get back to me. He ended up with an infection within those few days but the doctor was too busy to get back to us. Then on top of that she was then out of office and by the time they called back 2 weeks later I had already taken my baby elsewhere and gotten him treatment to which he responded to right away. Overall I’m glad this happened because it pushed me to find a ped office that is more available to us when we need help with his eczema. Also to this office: I know the doctor is busy but please try to prioritize cases by severity. When a parent calls asking for something as simple as a referral because their baby is miserable and in distress do not give them a generic response and put it off for weeks.

Went for my daughter’s first peds apt and everyone was so sweet and helpful and caring. So glad to find a place we feel comfortable taking her and love that any questions I had were taken seriously and no shame for first time parent leaning it all
