First and foremost I had a good experience here. The staff were fantastic. I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I had utilized the online portal and doing so made the entire process super quick and easy. Big props for putting the money into building the portal.

The parking is great. There’s a parking lot in the back and I had no trouble finding an empty parking space.

So parking is good, service is very good.

The waiting room lobby needs an upgrade. The chairs are ripped, the floor isn’t as clean as I would like it, the walls need some paint. The entire place needs some TLC. The lobby does not provide the confidence and and quality of the rest of the facility and staff.

I’ve included some photos. At first glance it doesn’t look to bad from the photos but when look closer you can see that things are worn out and not maintained. It makes me wonder about the rest of the facility.

“This was my first visit to this center, and the friendly attitude of the staff was very pleasant. Even though it was very early in the morning—a time when most people aren’t at their best if they have to work—their professional and polite behavior had a positive impact on the patients, who are there for various reasons.

From the kind receptionist who called me on time so I could make it to my 8:30 court appointment, to dear Lois, the ultrasound technician, who was pregnant herself, working on December 27th—right after Christmas, a time when most people, especially an expectant mother, would prefer to rest.

I mention all of this to express my gratitude and acknowledge how remarkable they are. Additionally, this team deserves to work in a new, beautiful building rather than one that has outlived its prime and is in serious need of renovation.

So, if you’re reading my feedback and have the authority to make a difference, don’t hesitate to provide this amazing team with a better and more suitable facility.

I came with my little son for ultrasound of his private part and the stuff was very gentle and nice to him. That is very important to kids, so my son was not scared and the procedure went awesome to him, thank you ?

First of all, I love that I can book an appointment at 9pm. It is so convenient for working schedules. Secondly, the staff was very warm and friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was clean and I will absolutely try to book with them in the future.

The scheduler told me to arrive an hour early for no reason. The front desk workers were both unprofessional and unorganized- providing no privacy as they spoke my name, information, and reason for my appointment loudly enough for the whole freezing waiting room to hear. Then they forgot about me, which they apologized for. I went for my CT scan, which was fine, but then the radiology tech propped the door open to an occupied hallway before I was fully dressed, showing my undergarments to the people in the hallway. Was there for 2.5 hours for a 10 min scan, and had a really bad experience from the moment i arrived to the moment i left. Would not recommend

Staff very efficient and kind. My CT tech is great. Only problem is that they did not do the X-ray order- this was stat. I would have reminded them before I left had I known.

The front desk attendant was welcoming and professional and checked me in quickly. I witnessed her handle a very complicated and difficult situation with an irrate family member and was amazed at how she remained calm and professional throughout. Give this woman a raise and promotion!
