First off I’d love to know who alls leaving these pleasant reviews?In the past yes i would have been more than glad to leave a good review.But in the past 4 years this medical practice has went way down hill!In the past 4 years all the specialists that the office was supposed to of set me up with well hasn’t happened yet.Tests supposed to be run most of those haven’t happened either.Long story short i end up having a heart attack.Well if my insurance didn’t let me take care of my own specialist appointments now i’d still be waiting on that appointment with the heart Dr.And i’m wondering if the office manager is the same weird woman that follows Dr.Butler around peeping in the door during my office visits.So which is it Pattie are you a manager or are you a nurse or both.One thing is for sure that Pattie has got a real slick and nasty attitude toward me and i’ve the slightest reason why i’ve never done anything to you.And it’s not your job to tell me what prescription i am supposed to or not supposed to be on or which dr is supposed to write it.Matter of fact according to my insurance company the dr or a nurse practitioner is supposed to write PA’s not an office manager!But you keep that nasty attitude and you keep that PA too because since you didn’t write it my insurance company has let me know that all that’s gonna look like is the patients come in and write their own scripts.

Doctor Rex Butler is a fine doctor. He is always concerned, and answers my questions. He has great nurses and staff. I'm usually there an hour. I highly recommend him.
