The angry horrible customer disservice female human at the desk in the crisis as you walk in needs to find another job where you don't deal with people especially us That are trying to put the pieces of our shattered life back together! I will be canceling my appointment for adult services because it's not beneficial to myself and my struggle to makes my life positive! 😠 😡 😤 🤬

My health care is my business. If I don't want medication or coucling that's no reason for welfare checks. I almost lost my housing due to so called help. Too many people meddling and drawing wrong conclusions. The Dr. And Councler are to easy to play like a fiddle. I don't have to attend class or be social if I don't want too. I never agreed to do so. I felt I was being forced and talked into things that where against my better judgment. I feel a lot better since I decided there was no positive benefit only making my situation worse. The medications where making me sick. I no longer need your service and have heard many complaints. Seems to me it's a way to convince people to earn money for your so called help.

I had been in 3 county behavioral health facility. I was helped. But Chico Behavioral Health was one facility that did not. I found the counselor i had to be cold and vindictive. She refused to renew my prescription when i had called snd said i took the wrong bike trail and would be lsye. I had to go next door to the psychiatric hospital and have a nervous breakdown because of this. I knew stories of folks that were suicidal ecause of their hard nose attitude.

Incredibly inefficient and ridiculous. The layers of red tape and burden put on those who can’t handle either of those things is downright unethical. Selective treatment and the refusal to treat certain conditions adds to the frustration. It almost seems that Butte County BH inability to manage community services is the independent variable and Butte County homeless crises is the dependent variable. If that’s the case, then improving and expanding the quality and capacity of the service provided would lead to positive impact on some of our more obvious social problems.

I had a very helpful and supportive therapist who was very open to listening to what I needed and truly wanted to help in the best way possible. She made extra time for me on her lunch breaks or would run over if I was having an especially hard time. Unfortunately I had to quit seeing her for reasons outside of their control but my experience here was full of positivity and character building

Stay clear of dr Barbara Huynh, psychiatrist I had to see is a terribly dangerous, uncaring, unethical, overmedicating "dr". She honestly almost killed me by insisting I take blood pressure meds for an obvious panic attack Major quack, needs to lose her license big time
Would not advise ANYONE see her !!
However, my clinician/counselor, Christine Knight is extremely wonderful and has helped me tremendously ♡.
There is also very helpful support group she runs.
I would advise to stay away from telemedicine, ask for in person Dr! It's your best chance if you're forced to go there

Representative payee defrauded me for thousands of dollars and ignored claims of suspected child abuse and domestic violence and this resulted in the suspicious passing of a very close friend who asked me for help before it was too late. This has also harmfully affected my mother who is a dependant elder who has grandmaal seizures!!!!
