My husband and I stopped at Buzzards Bay Bikes looking for a new bike to replace my 20 year old Huffy. To our surprise, we found one that had everything I was looking for with a bonus of a beautiful yellow finish! ✨
The owners Jim and Pam Ballantyne along with their employees were so helpful and kind. Their price was more than reasonable. They had my new bike ready to go in 15 mins!! Off we went to ride the Canal! I highly recommend Buzzards Bay Bikes for any of your biking needs! Five stars!

The location is great; the customer service is even better. I stopped in to rent a bike to ride along the Canal bike path. The shop is right across the street from Buzzards Bay Park and the start of the bike path. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. They fitted me with a very nice E-bike at a very reasonable price. This is a properly ran business that takes very good care of their customers. Five stars all around.

a good reliable place to invest in as well as get an
ebike from they fixed my mokwheel battery and they also fixed my mokwheels flat tire and put Tanus tire armor in it they are very good people and very good at there job they make repairs fast and simple sometimes so fast that they can get a bike running again in under 30 minutes and if anyone who reads this and is planning to get an ebike dont just buy a direct to customer ebike buy one from buzzards bay bikes as you will get a warranty on repairs and yearly checkups and remember these bike people are the best when it comes to bikes they know what they need todo and there repair services are top notch fast easy and reliable every single time i call they are right there helping me when i need help

A local shop I have always been a fan of. These are a great group people to easily become friends with and share some smiles. Always a pleasure stepping in and talking bikes, but yesterday I actually took my dream bike home! Been a long time waiting since I have eyed it out. Thank you so much to the crew for dialing me in, and sending me out the door with confidence. We are from Georgia and wanted to take our kids on a bike ride on the canal. We stumbled upon this bike rental shop, and we are so happy that we did. The team is so kind and helpful. They gave us great tips on the kids’ “tag along” and tandem-style bikes and told us how to find “secret” playgrounds along the route for the kids. The prices are very reasonable, and the location right across the street from the start of the trail is perfect. This is a business that cares for its customers and wants you to have a great Cape experience. I highly recommend!

Friendly mom and pop shop. We got a punctured tire on the canal path, limped into the store, and they were good enough to fix our flat right then and there! We were so happy not to be stuck, and they were very generous to handle us right away!

We camped in the parking lot for several days through Harvest Hosts. The owners were great and very accommodating. We were not able to take advantage of the bike services they offer, but the shop was extensive with plenty of inventory and parts and service. From speaking with them, they were very knowledgeable and professional. If I lived locally or needed service while traveling in the area. I would certainly use this shop.
