I absolutely love Stancey. She listens and hears you and will do everything in her power to ensure that you receive the help and care that you need. Most of all, I like that she includes me in every decision making sure that I’m okay with the plan of treatment. Also, Mercedes is the BEST front desk representative/receptionist there. She always have a good attitude and is extremely helpful. She’s professional and knows what she’s doing. I always call and request to speak with her when I need to make an appointment, because she’s going to get things done and she knows me so well that she even knows the best times to book my appointments for me according to what I’ve told her in the past. She listens and remembers small details.

I have been attending this location for a while but this past appointment was horrible due to unprofessional Medical Assistant. They sit at the wall desk judging patients, making jokes and being rude. If it wasn’t for my doctor who actually cares, I would find another place to go. But this company needs to do a reevaluation on what type of people they hiring to care for patient with health concerns. Everybody intentions aren’t good and God sees everything.

Dr. Washington saw me in a day when there was no appointment availability. She saw that it was important, and made it happen. I felt cared for and knew when I walked out after the appointment that we had a good plan in place.
