This place was great! I had my appointment at 6:40am and I was admitted at 7:00am. The nurses were on point took good care of me and the doctor that did my procedure was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough about this surgery center! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and kind! I was a nervous wreck, but they put me at ease right away! My nurse Raquel, was nothing short of AMAZING! Attentive, sweet and so knowledgeable!! The anesthesiologist, Carolyn was also AMAZING! Such a sweet lady and so calming!! I know I’m forgetting several others, but hands down this was an awesome experience! ❤️

My mom needed eye surgery, so this office was referred to her by her Kaiser physician.
She was scheduled for 6am.
We got there at 5:55am.
Staff didn't open up until 6:12am
I know 12 minutes doesn't seem too late to some, but I'm the type.
If you say to be on time, I expect them to be on time!
The lady opening up late wasn't the friendliest, nor was she welcoming.

Then she stated the surgery was going to take 2 hours.
So I left to go home just to be called no more than 30 minutes.
That the surgery was complete.
To come pick her up.
It was awesome that it was done, but I definitely wish she would have been correct with the time.
I could have just stayed.

The Kaiser Permanente physician did a great job.
The discharge nurse was also super helpful and friendly.

Wish I could have given them 5 stars, but unfortunately, that one bad apple opening up late and then giving bad times spoiled the bunch.

Took my mom for a procedure. Check in was at 11:30 did not get called back till 2. After being called back we still have to wait 2 to 3 hours for pt to be discharged. Horrible service
