The whole staff at Calabasas Dental Care was such a pleasure. I was seen on time for my 10am appt. I needed a full set of X-rays and a cleaning. It was a quick and painless process. Dr. Garrett goes above and beyond explaining things in great detail and answers any questions you may have. It’s very refreshing to have a doctor spend that much time with me. That being said if you are the type of person who wants to get in and out as quickly as possible they might not be the best fit. The care and attention detail is very much worth it to me. I will be back in a couple of weeks for some teeth whitening.

My family has been going to Dr. Garrett's for many years. He's been my children's dentist since they grew teeth. Of course they were raised to demonstrate good behavior and are well mannered in a doctors office. I never put my fears onto my kids either. Dr. Garrett has always explained to us what was needed, and given us choices. We listen. He's a fantastic dentist and we will continue to see him.

By great fortune Dr. Garrett came highly recommended to me after severe pain was bothering me from a broken wisdom tooth during work.
My first call to set the appointment was very pleasant as was the welcome for my appointment. Staff here is absolute top notch and extremely knowledgeable and amicable.
After X Rays and cleaning, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Garrett and within an hour my entire procedure was complete.
He is a true master of his craft. The entire procedure was painless and I’m sitting here just a few hours later still processing what an incredible experience this was.
My pain is gone, teeth fixed and super clean, and we have a plan for other necessary fixes.
Dr. Garrett and his staff have a new loyal client and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I never thought I would say this, but Calabasas dental care makes me look forward to going to the dentist! And I’m not just saying this. I mean it. It starts with the good doctor himself Stanford trained. Deeply experienced highly compassionate, very meticulous and good humored. I feel so well taken care of, and then the entire staff is cheerful personable. They remember everything we talked about in previous times, family members, kids growing up. They are a family dentist practice as the doctor’s wife works the front office. And it truly does feel like a family. I could not recommend them more highly

I was very lucky to get an appointment last minute and they cleared up an emergency situation with a chipped tooth very well! That being said, the doctor made some comments about my age and appearance that made me uncomfortable. I don’t think he meant any offense by it but I did not appreciate these comments. I cannot fault the dental work at all (so far!) but just something to be aware of.

I've been going to Dr. Garrett for 15 years now and he has completely transformed my mouth and my entire life.

I had a crooked jaw, which caused bruxism (teeth grinding). My teeth were ground into half teeth and asymmetrical. I also had terrible periodontal conditions which exacerbated all of my problems.

Throughout the "prep years" of 2010-2011, Dr Garrett and his team got me ready for a life changing procedure. I needed bone grafts to stabilize my teeth, a palate spread to accommodate bicuspid implants that were removed as a teenager in orthodontia, and careful approach to my periodontal issues that were continuing to degrade my overall oral health.

In early 2012, I was handed over to Dr Freymiller for my jaw surgery at UCLA. The results regarding my breathing issues were immediate.

After healing from that procedure, I was able to begin my restorative work with Dr. Garrett. Since he carefully laid the foundation for the trauma my mouth was going to endure, it assured a successful outcome.

I now have a beautiful smile and a very healthy mouth. I do not have periodontal issues any longer and have a different air of confidence! Once plagued with breathing issues due to crooked symmetry, I am now an elite athlete and can enjoy my life to the fullest!

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Garrett for his time and patience in my life changing transformation.
