I have been to the new Folsom location quite a few times and I am always SO pleased with the staff there. Chelsea at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly and all of the ultrasound techs are amazing. Will continue to come to this office for all future visits/pregnancies!

I was extremely unhappy because when my appointment was scheduled, I was not told not to bring my son, who I am the primary caregiver of. I drove over an hour to my appointment. They tell me that I have to re schedule. I tell the front desk worker that no one relayed the information to me, and she was unapologetic, and also defensive about how the information definitely would have been relayed to me. I told her it absolutely was not. There was a woman in the waiting room who spoke up and said the same incident had happened to her and she also had had to reschedule. I just do not appreciate how they handled the situation I felt invalidated, and obviously being pregnant adds to the frustration. and now because of the mix up, my first official ultrasound will be at 17 weeks pregnant. Just very frustrating and unaccomadating. So please don’t bring kids, unless you want to deal with the same issue.

I love this place, our ultrasound tech was so nice and gentle with me. Actually told me what she was doing , measuring or looking at while doing it, and she made sure to get me great photos and a few short videos even. I was so happy!!!

I was considered a higher risk pregnancy and Dr Ali and team really took good care of me. Each ultrasound appointment was incredibly thorough and detailed. My husband and I both felt like we were in good hands from our visits. The clinic is also very nice and modern with the best equipment.

The staff are amazing and Dr.Ali is so kind and very knowledgeable. I don’t feel like just another patient number, I feel heard and I know they truly care. I wish I could’ve been seen here with my previous pregnancies because they truly make it a happy, special experience. I’ve never left a review for any other medical office before, but I am now because of how amazing Dr.Ali and his medical team are. Keep up the great work!!

I am terribly disappointed in this facility today. I brought my five year old to a routine ultrasound appointment today, knowing the joy it would bring him to see his baby sister. None of their appointment reminders mentioned there were not children allowed in the facility. Despite my requesting for an exception due to my having drove well over an hour for this appointment. I was told the reason was because the technician needs to focus on the mother. I absolutely understand that, which is why I didn't bring my 2 year old to the appointment. Nor did I bring my children to my 20 week anatomy scan or echo. If children were not allowed and this was such a big deal it should be plastered across their web site and mentioned in every appointment reminder method. I'm guessing this cost the physician upwards of a thousand dollars for a missed appointment and no longer being able to bill for reading an ultrasound. I will not be returning to this facility as a simple one time exception would have been a reasonable accommodation. Clearly patient satisfaction is not a priority for this facility.
