May the world never punish you so harshly your medical provider assigns you to this location. To renew a prescription took 5 visits. You cannot see your lab results online or hear them over the phone. The walls are dirty with holes in them, there are rats in the ceiling, and mildew in the ceiling tiles.

I had my first physical today with Dr. Kimberly. I didn’t know what to expect or whom I’d be seen by but she was the sweetest and most amazing Dr. I’ve encountered in a couple of years. It was definitely worth the wait. Dr. Kimberly was very caring and knowledgeable and I could feel she had my best interest at heart so that I may receive the best care possible moving forward. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Terrible experience, the staff has no clue what they are doing, poor communication and interactions with patients. You can expect to sit waiting with minimal communication for 6-8 hours while they try to figure out what's going and get you seen. I have been trying to transfer my medical records for 2 weeks from the Ontario office to Moreno Valley with no success. Managers and Directors work whenever they want and don't display any leadership. I wish there was a way they could be closed down. Minimal to ineffective use of Electronic Medical Records, patient care and or follow-through. I have been on the phone countless times with the staff and zero progress.

The service is the worse I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. Front and back desk people are extremely rude and disrespectful. They’ve submitted my STAT referral incorrect 4 times and they give me attitude for bringing it to their attention. Not once have they apologized for their mistakes, on the contrary, they roll their eyes, like I’m inconveniencing them by asking them to make the correction. I do have to say though, Dr. Kim is an awesome doctor. She takes her time with each patient. To her, we’re people, not just a name on a chart. If only the rest of the staff could do better. They have to understand that they choose to work in the medical field; therefore most of the people that they encounter are not feeling well; therefore they should be more compassionate.

Worst clinic ever. My mom has been coming here for over 20 years and it’s gotten so bad over the years the girls in the front desk actually all around the clinic. They have a super bad attitude and they will not help you if you don’t have the correct information. They won’t bother looking in your file. You have to know what you’re calling in for, always a more than two hour wait. I don’t know why people keep coming here. They should look for a better office.
