I've gone for physical therapy at 2 different locations for California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy. I recommend this one on Long Beach Blvd, because they were more detailed in helping me understand the purpose of each exercise, and were more conscientious in preparing my body for the intense stretching and work that's necessary for me to rehabilitate my spine. There were times I needed an extra bit of encouragement not a timer with instructions to complete "x" amount of reps then let then know because they're with another client.
I actually looked forward to these sessions because I also noticed improvement in myself for the first time. I'm not done with what needs to happen before my second surgery, but I'm happy further sessions will likely continue here.
They've got my back.🙃

When I was looking for a place.to start Physical therapy, I was not sure where to go, after some calls, I took into account the distance, etc. I am more than happy that I took a chance on Calif. Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. They are a great team. They treat their patients with respect and always know what
routine will be for that particular patient on that day. Very well organized. I feel hope with this team, that I will get well as I have already seen and felt improvement, I am not depressed, as I was because I know there is hope. My pain has subsided and my movements have improved.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Seriously, everyone here is super friendly! The physical therapists really get what you're dealing with and they're all ears about your injury, recovery, and how you're feeling overall. I'm so glad I pushed for California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Long Beach instead of going with my doctor's first choice. I've been here before and knew I'd be taken care of. The extra care and attention have been a game-changer in my recovery. And you know what? I'm actually having fun during my sessions.
