This PT practice definitely deserves 5 stars! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Franklin, who is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. He has helped me tremendously with my injuries, and thanks to him, I could enjoy my activities with almost no pain after just a few treatments.

The staff at this office is also very kind and friendly. The receptionist is especially sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for your injury needs—you’ll be in great hands!

I have an injury and was referred there. Alex is absolutely the best therapist ever very professional very patient. He knows where all the nerve endings are. He’s very gentle. Very great massage massages 10 stars..
I just found out he transferred I am devastated to finally get treatment and find someone who was resolving my situation and then he gets transferred
. I found myself to be healing quickly in his hands.. no disrespect to the other therapist, but I needed to take my time with my injury because of the pain and the swelling and with Alex I was getting better.

Showed up for my appointment only to be told I'm not on their schedule for the next 2 months. Even after showing the confirmation email from them about the appointment, the lady was unapologetic and just shoved me away. Their PTs maybe good but their appointment scheduling isn't.

Ankita was amazing! She has incredible people and relationship skills which made the physical therapy sessions as enjoyable and productive as possible. She was super attentive to my needs and following the protocol from the orthopedic surgeon’s office. In fact, she was such a good ‘quarterback’ of managing things that she caught an error on the protocol they issued and was able to rectify the problem quickly. This enabled me to get the proper care that was required, get back on track, and not go down a wrong path that would have wasted time and effort.. I can’t say enough positive things about Ankita!

The whole team is exceptional … they are kind and patient beyond belief .
Franklin Reginald and Cate have helped me with strengthening my wrist -
I was in so much pain after I fractured it a couple of months ago - with their manipulation and the exercises they showed me to do I feel I am getting better
. The other part is I have been having pain in my growing area esp feeling a tightness when I walk This was in my illiopsas and pelvis
The pain was nagging at me daily I was miserable bc I have been an avid walker all my life -
Cate showed me some stretches that helped release the pain
The rest of the office are happy and always smiling I like coming here Thank you guys

The people who work here are nice, but this place is a total joke when you’re trying to make an appointment. The receptionist is often MIA, which means you can’t call to check on your appointments. I had been scheduled at 10:40 upon my intake appointment a couple of weeks ago. Of course, today, they had no record of me. Anyway, I’m going to try someplace else. I guess these guys are busy enough without new customers. UPDATE: I just got an email bill from them, for what, it does not say. They are completely screwed up.
