I can honestly say this was my very first time to an Urgent Care and while I sat in the waiting area, I read the most recent reviews on here and I was like, I sure hope these aren’t true!

Well, guess what. I won’t share my entire experience but EVERYTHING negative I read on here is true and still happening.

I don’t know who the person is that answers these reviews (owner) but I can seriously say NOTHING is being addressed. I hope you put my $60 copay to good use!!

Came in on 1/27@5pm and I was having issues checking in on the mobile app, it never works for me, when I asked a question both girls working in the front desk had a horrible attitude so I left. I went to the one in Stockton on Pershing a few months ago and the girls there did not have an issue checking my kids in manually in the computer when the app wasn’t working properly. Fix your system/app so it can go as smoothly as possible and if it doesn’t work then please have your employees work on being attentive! There was a lady I overheard waiting in the lobby for over an hour and not one single one of them bothered in helping her to get checked in!

I took my son to urgent care on 2/12/2025. The NP—it doesn't matter who it was at the end of the day—did not do a good job. She prescribed cough syrup and fever medicine but not antibiotics, even though he had been running a fever for five days. I told her he had a sinus infection, but she insisted on checking him for the flu, COVID, and RSV. I explained again that he had a sinus infection and requested antibiotics, but she refused and wanted to retest him. I then went elsewhere, where my son was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given antibiotics.

I visited a few weekends ago but didn’t achieve the outcome I was hoping for. Typically, I come in on weekends because of an insurance requirement for visits after 5 PM. This time, I decided to come in during the week, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I encountered the same two staff members as before, and their behavior was disappointing.

When I arrived about 5:50PM. checked in online and went to the window to confirm. Both staff members were sitting on their phones. I explained that my insurance only applies after 5 PM. The staff member with multiple piercings acknowledged this and said, ‘It’s not 5 yet—sit down, and I’ll register you after 5.’

When I attempted to ask a question, she rudely cut me off, repeating that I needed to sit down and wait until after 5. For the remainder of the time, both staff members continued to sit at the desk, talking, laughing, and using their phones.

I found their behavior unprofessional and dismissive. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the experience for others in the future.

The WORST urgent care. The girls in the front have the worst attitude. They seriously need to consider replacing them with someone with more compassion. The online check in system does not work. And the girls in the front refused to help us out. The medication that the PA prescribed to us was not available at our pharmacy or other pharmacy near by and I had called back to ask if we could be prescribed another medication. They refused to help us out. The worst experience ever. Avoid this urgent care.

If you need urgent care don't go here. I took my son here for a bad earache pain. My son was on the verge of crying. He had a double ear infection. The check in process is ridiculous. First you have to scan a QR code to then fill out a form online and upload your ID and insurance card. Well the issue with this is uploading of information. It wouldn't upload and I'm having to try multiple times. Meanwhile my son is in agonizing pain and when I ask them if they can just take a photo copy of my stuff. They told me No. I left the urgent care and went somewhere else who was able to photocopy my info and was seen fairly quickly. All this does is prolong care and is frustrating because you can't get it to work.

Wendy has absolutely horrible bedside manner. Felt rushed out of there because she had her hand on the door handle as I was still asking questions. Felt she chose the easiest diagnosis when there is much more underlying problems that she clearly did not want to listen to. Will never be back.

this is the best urgent care facility I've ever been to in 39 years of care. Janelle and the doctor were so wonderful, efficient, and caring. thank you for what you do!
