I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety halfway through my college career — marking my need for therapy as a college student. In addition to my preexisting mental health challenges, I’ve been experiencing a lot of burn out and overall stress about the future since graduating. I figured that with my personal life being presently all over the place, online therapy would be the best option to pursue betterment.
