About 20 years ago, I started experiencing daily anxiety.
After years of assorted counselor’s psychiatrist and medication‘s, I thought anxiety was going to swallow my life. Then I learned about TMS therapy.

I searched for a doctor and found CalTMS.
The doctors were friendly. They were upbeat and made me feel comfortable right away.
The technicians that oversaw my daily therapy were incredible. They treated me with kindness, they were friendly, gentle and supportive, like a trusted friend.
TMS gave me my life back. I am my before anxiety self again and I am beyond grateful.

After years on different psychotropic medications I finally decided to give TMS a try. I can honestly say the TMS treatment has been the most effective therapy I’ve tried and huge shoutout to Chelsea and Sinthia, they are always so friendly and create a super supportive environment to be around.

I scheduled a consultation with this office that specializes in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) with the expectation that I would receive professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that.

They called me 23 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, without any explanation and only a very reluctant apology for the delay. When I mentioned that it was unprofessional to be called so late and that it made me question the office's credibility, they hung up on me. I was stunned by their lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. If this is how they handle initial consultations, I can't imagine how they treat patients during treatment.

I understand that things can get busy, but communication and respect for patients' time are crucial in any medical setting. Sadly, this office fell far short in both respects. I won't be considering their services again, and I suggest others be cautious as well.

Also, I see that they respond to negative reviews by asking reviewers to email their "care team"--but that email address is bogus.

Lastly, you should look up Yashwant Chaudhri MD, the psychiatrist associated with this office, to get a good idea of his horrendous reviews too.

Technicians were amazing, especially Mo. I went in barely able to get out of bed and not able to be present for my children and while not 100% every day, i am certainly better than when I started. I looked forward to sessions. Mo is very patient, understanding, and professional. Can't say enough good things about her care, TMS treatment, and the clinic. Would highly recommend.

The staff at CALTMS in Oceanside was always kind, professional, and accommodating to my irregular military schedule. Thanks Katie and Lorena! I began to notice positive effects with my MDD and GAD from TMS after the second week, and was more effective for me than multiple medications over 9 months of talk therapy.

The staff here truly cares about their patients. I have found that my depression is better because of these treatments. (Something I couldn't really say for my antidepressants alone.) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering TMS treatments for depression. Spencer, the Director, was so helpful throughout the insurance process and because she was so efficient, I was able to start my treatments much sooner than I anticipated. (Which is more than I can say for Greenbrook TMS). They even accommodated my schedule and were there before business hours to do the treatments for me. This place was truly an answer to prayer. Katie, the TMS tech was such a pleasure to talk to during my treatments and she was extremely caring and helpful. I am so glad I decided to do this and this place made it incredibly easy for me! I am going to miss them all!

You would be better off paying a man on the side of the road to treat you with magnets than be treated by this Doc. He is the most disrespectful man I have ever met. At least if you met a random person you would be treated with respect.
