I worked here, everything was all good until the day my son passed way. I told them i needed to take some time off because I’m only human I needed to grief when I was able to return they took me off payroll I was told I needed to talk to Marty I left messages, talked to HR left emails and wrote a letter explaining why I was out no one returned my call or email and it’s been over 3 months. Not a caring business.

Today @ 10:41 I was initially contacted by Cambrian Homecare about respite services that were authorized for my family but had not yet been used. I responded and explained that I had already submitted an application for Marisela Urquidez over a month ago for Allison Fernandez, and that I had previously called to inform the company of this.

Unfortunately, my experience with a representative named Maria Valera was very disappointing. She repeatedly insisted that no one had followed up because they "never received a call"—despite my attempts to explain that I had in fact called previously. I even offered to send a screenshot proving my call to an email of her choice, but she dismissed that entirely and was condescending throughout the conversation. When I asked for her manager, she became even more disrespectful, stating that it was “not possible at the moment as she was in a meeting and she can give me a call back” and I had called, because they "always make notes."

I’m not sure if this was a system error or internal miscommunication, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. I hope this issue can be resolved soon so that my family can receive the respite care we were approved for. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion—especially when seeking support for their family.

I don’t even know why I applied here.
I call to get clients, there is no answer.. I email my coordinator & still no answer.. I appreciate Betsy though, she always gets back to me when I have no other option but to email her.
They only call you when they want or need someone desperately.

Company is horrible they lack communication and professional. They hire you make you go to the orientation then say after careful review of your application we don’t think you are fit! How does that make sense. The HR manager is RUDE and everything she says is false!

I'm lost for words about this company. I have a complex 3-year-old child that just needed someone to do a couple hours so I can get a break and I could not get one worker to stay consistent with my daughter. She had almost 5 workers, Come to my home and none of them had good reason why they could not stay.horrible company don't recommend them
. not to mention I'm from regional center. They've lied and said. I was a reason why they didn't have no work or no.

I just got hired and still have no clients staff say they will call me back and they don’t this place is unprofessional and I apologize but it is what it is and i quit

Do not work here. They are shady and do not communicate. They will not tell you what you are getting paid. They pay minimum wage for training. Yet they won't tell you that, even if you ask. Horrible!
