On January 6,2025 I took my disable son for his infusion,when I arrived , everything was okay until I went to the reception in the infusion dept I was told that my son zip code was denied, then she contact billing with a smirk look as it was funny deny a patient care. I was very outrage how Grossman cancer center handle this,not once did anyone contact me to inform me of this problem.at this time I felt as if my son was racial profile this was handle very tackle on the behalf of the receptionist,and billing.

Doctor Bodkin (oncologist) saved my life, period. Had stage 4 osteosarcoma and he did what he had to do. I owe him and Dr. Bowman (surgeon) my life.

I was referred here and from the answering service to picking the options and then talking to a live person was a very good experience. Have not got to meet dr bodkin but have heard he is one of the best! I can't remember the ladies name that helped me on each call but she was friendly, experienced and very pleasant. Long story short, biopsy, then I will go from there.
