Ive never in my life felt compelled to ever write a review, this will be my first.

Cano health (at the Kissimmee location) is EXTREMELY LUCKY to have Dr. Buck as a memeber of their medical team. He goes above and beyond for all his patients and gives them the best possible medical care by actively listening to your symptoms and issues and uses his phenomenal critical thinking skills to help diagnose any health concerns. Dr. Buck is an absolute rare find and a "hidden gem" in the medical field.

Dr. Buck is compassionate, patient, through, and extremely knowledgeable with over 25+ years of experience and I highly recommend him.

Most doctors rush you in and out and barely care, or are clearly only there for the paycheck.

If you have medicaid health isurance (i have humana healthy horizons medicaid) and you want a PCP who genuinely cares about their patients, validates their concerns, and provides their full undivided attention; then you should switch your PCP to Dr. Buck at Cano Health located in Kissimmee Florida for the best absolute care in Central florida.

He is an 10/10 primary care doctor who deserves his own practice. I'm so very grateful for all the help and support he has given me so far.

This is the worst clinic in the area. My mom was seen last week, and no refills were sent to the pharmacy. When I called, they said the pharmacy didn't show up in their system, and that no one knew how to change pharmacies in their system. I called multiple times, and they promised “a manager” would fix it. Two weeks later, there are still no medications. Don't waste your time. Run from Cano

The doctor there is amazing and very informative, helping us understand what is going on. However, the clinic is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. The staffing is terrible. Scheduling is the most painful process I have ever seen. I wanted to have another appointment with them, and they said I had to fill out the paperwork again since they could not find us in the system. It was my third visit. What an unorganized mess this place is. The one star only goes to the doctor. The clinic needs to improve a lot. Terrible.

It is nearly impossible to obtain a timely and accurate referral from the Kissimmee office. Feels like the staff don't care about the patients, like they do the bare minimum just to keep their jobs. Poor work ethic; they don't take pride in their work and it shows.

If you value your time and money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and especially this location. They are experts at wasting your time, despite appointments you wait hours. The clinic booked an ultrasound appointment, when we arrived we waited half hour only to be called up and told sorry we don’t do that service here. They proceeded to converse amongst themselves in spanish, completely rude and unacceptable, then told us they booked you wrong we can’t do that here. It was their office that booked the appointment in the first place!! When we got upset they tried to call someone to talk to us, who couldn’t be bothered to even come talk to us, and we were told ok fine we will do the ultrasound here today. Upon asking if it’s the same one as prescribed before (coz no point in paying for one that we didn’t need) they tried to explain oh this one is better blah blah blah then why wasn’t this ultrasound booked to start with! Every time we asked about the unacceptable long wait we were casually told oh this happens, please have a seat. Drs offices should be better equipped to make proper appointments, and help their patients accordingly. This office is the last place I’d recommend you take a loved one to, absolutely a waste of time!!!!

The doctor is amazing but the staff is really horrible. You go to check out and no one is ever there I waited 15 mins and no one came. I asked the girl is the front if she could check me out and she said she is doing something rudely. Barely any of the staff speak English. I think English should be the first language and Spanish should be the second. I understand a lot of people speak Spanish but people also speak English. Most of the staff are rude excluding the doctors. I really wish my doctor was with a different place because I absolutely hate cano health. This is the second location I tried.

I am a patient of Dr. Khan.He is a great physician and I am greatful for his services.He retired.
I wasn't offered transfer to Dr. Hizkill. I have called to make appointment for two weeks daily. They just cannot figure how to. I have several bankruptcy notice from their offices. They are in some deep trouble.

As a potential new patient, I jumped through SOOO many hoops attempting to get an appointment.

Multiple appointment schedulers from Miami kept telling me that I needed a PCP assigned. I talked with several insurance agents and they told me I didn’t need anyone assigned. I called in again today and kept telling Mary (or Marianna) that I have a representative on the line and can merge the call with the representative so she can tell her the same.

After all the convincing, it seems that’s when Mary decided to finally schedule an appointment with me. Not even 5 minutes go by and I get another call from the office. I’m told that Dr. Hizkil is now accepting new patients with Medicare only. I told them to cancel and hung up while Mary was attempting to schedule me with another Dr. because I was so frustrated. I’m usually very nice as a client everywhere I go, but I went through too much, especially with someone that had an attitude and didn’t want to work with me. I’m human and can only take in so much before getting upset.

Note: I have no ill will towards Dr. Hizkil and heard amazing things about him. My mom and brother go to him, which is why I wanted to go to him specifically.
