Since the day we started here we always had good interactions with all the workers and have never had any complaints with any of the employees! Everyone at the front desk and in the back always welcomed us and we’re always friendly. Mary has always been by our side and helped us with anything and always asked us if we were okay or needed help with anything. Truly a great experience here and I’m so happy with my results as well!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had in any dental office. The Dr’s, orthodontists, hygienists, and the staff have been super kind, caring and do an excellent job. Especially Mary !! Without her this place wouldn’t function as smoothly. lol kinda funny the owner only responds to good reviews. Shows they really don’t care.

They deceived me into thinking my insurance was applied to the price for 2 years of braces. Later found out the insurance didn’t go through and I was being charged full price. When I found out I was met with the rudest manager.

She yelled out me in front of all the customers and treated me with the nastiest of patronizing attitudes. When I told her I didn’t appreciate her lack of professionalism, her words were “I’m sorry you feel that way”

Save yourself the bad experience look for somewhere else if your looking to getting braces. These people have a different other orthodontist every 4 months and every time a new one comes in they all say something different. They’ve had me on braces for 5 years and I’ve paid extra after what we had agreed on paying. I paid extra 600 they asked for Now they are charging me more. Because the new orthodontist says it will take more visits. Simply disappointing.

A complete scam. They told my I would have my braces for 2 years…5 years later I still have them on they kept charging me over and over again for absurd things like $60 for a spray of their fluoride that I can buy on Amazon for $16. It got to the point where I had to turn to another ortho to remove my braces and finally get retainers. When I asked for a refund they completely shoved me off and dismissed me without giving me so much as a penny for the retainers I paid for and didn’t get .

They're just after you money. 5 YEARS ago I went to them for a jaw issue and they claimed I would need surgery that would cost 5-15 THOUSAND dollars. I trusted them. Turns out I just found out a simple mouth guard would fix the issue. They only choose the most drastic, costly options. If you need a filling, DON'T GO HERE EITHER. They'll try to sell you the most expensive shit you don't need. It took me years to trust dentists again after going here. I'm finally getting the dental care I need elsewhere. TO HELL WITH THIS ENTIRE MONEY HUNGRY PRACTICE!
