My best friend’s dad recently had a major health scare and was in desperate need of rehab. We visited the Canterbury Healthcare Facility as a potential option and were very impressed. It’s a clean facility and the staff were friendly and informative. The administrator, Tracy Brown, took time to give us a tour and answer all of our questions. We were totally comfortable with our choice to set my friend’s dad up for rehab at this facility. So grateful for the staff who provide fantastic care there.

I would like to acknowledge Valerie King for the attention and service that she provided while my spouse was at Canterbury. She checked on us daily to make that we did not need anything took the time to create a pleasant environment since this facility was not my first choice. Valerie is an outstanding person who shows concerns and care for the patients that she serves, she also made me feel less intrusive and welcome. It was a pleasure to get to know her. I also want to say that there were other staff members who were also excellent representing Canterbury.

I just completed several tours of facilities and I can say that my walkthrough of Canterbury Healthcare Facility was great. I started with the Administrator Mrs. Brown, who very clearly enjoys her position.

As we walked through the facility, residents of the home were high fiving her and stopped to give her hugs. The smiles were great to see as it’s not often to see while walking long term care facilities.

The staff at every nursing station were very welcoming, smiling, and deep in focus on their jobs.

Even the maintenance crew was stopping to talk to residents and making jokes with them. It is this environment that makes me feel safe for long term care. As I go through their process I will aim to update this review. As of now, after what I have seen, I feel confident with this facility.

Romelle is my favorite nurse! She is always polite & cares about her residents. Tyler Harris is also a great worker! They have really taken care of me during my stay here! Tracy the administrator made it her business to make sure she helped me get a new TV! Activities staff treats us well & always comes up with fun things for us to do

Nicole, Chelsea and Zee work together as a collaborative team to ensure patients are well taken care of in the Business Office.

Brionna, the activities coordinator keeps the patients and residents busy with amazing activities. They are so enjoyable and love her!

I would recommend Canterbury Health and Rehab to my family members! The staff is amazing and takes great care of residents.

There's only four, maybe five people that actually took care of my sister. She was fine one day the next day. She's dead. These people wasn't going in and checking on her like they should. She couldn't even feed or give herself anything to drink. I would go in there and she would say that no one can come in to give her anything to drink. I have lots of videos, voice recordings and all of these people are rude. If you don't have a heart, you should be in this professional If you love your loved one, do not take them to this place. It's the worst place you could ever take them. If I would have had the money and a bed somewhere else I would have took her out. I tried my sister said they mistreated her. So please be careful taking your loved one here I give them a one-star which they don't even deserve that and I have a lawyer. We're going to see what can be done. This place needs to be shut down
