Although there was a long wait, the very nice Receptionist was upfront and explained how many people were ahead of me (much appreciated information). I returned to my car and they called me when I was next in line. I was then promptly seen, my issues were addressed, and they immediately called into my pharmacy for the prescription I needed. They did not rush me, the facility was clean, and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. This goes a long way when you're not feeling great and need medical attention.

The area was spacious and very clean and the staff was very receptive and helpful. You never want to go back to any hospital or urgent care, but if the event arises, I’ll go back to this place in a heart beat. It was a positive experience. I will recommend this place to everyone who needs medical attention.

Had a terrible bug that lasted over 3 weeks but sick children took precedence. In and out within 15 minutes, wonderful, caring staff. Would recommend to anyone who needs quality care but does not have the time for the emergency room or to make a doctor appointment. Thank you so much!

The receptionist provided helpful information for navigating my health plan provider's referral process. I was seen quickly by a PA who took tests to help rule out COVID and the flu. The doctor has a very good approach to easing a patient's apprehensions. I would go there again if I needed unplanned care.

I’ve used this facility before and came back because it is so good.
I was seen right away. The personnel were very caring and respectful. They spent a lot of time making sure I was getting what I needed.

The staff was very helpful and professional in diagnosing my problem. The nurse practitioner sent the prescription for medication out so I was able to pick it up right away.

I went in with abdominal pain and after an hour waiting in a room, pretty sure the doctor forgot I was there, the doctor came in to tell me they don’t have the medical equipment on site to confirm if I have kidney stones or ovarian cyst. To pay a $30 copay and sit an hour only to find out they couldn’t help me was borderline cruel. They should reroute patients with abdominal concerns if the best they can do on site is poke your abdomen. Literally worse off than a started and out $30.
