The ladies that greet you are warm and kind. I have been traveling through Alaska almost 2 weeks and this is the first clinic I came across and they were wonderful. Answered all my questions and had all the cold medicines I needed. They provided a Covid test, free of charge. Amazing! Thank goodness my results were negative.

These people are fantastic! Very nice and understanding on the phone and very professional in the clinic. I was in and out in under and hour after presenting with flu like/Covid symptoms. They immediately ruled out Flu A&B and Covid, wrote me a Rx and orders for rest and fluids. I'm glad they were here when I needed them and not an hour down the road in which case I would have probably would just had to grin and bear it! Thanks for the help and for serving the local community! Thanks so much also to Jules from McKinley Chalet for the complementary transport to and from the Clinic! You guys all rock!!!!

I would not recommend going here unless you know exactly what you need and need it before returning from your trip. I came into the clinic with flu like symptoms and a relentless cough. I was given a Covid test which came back negative and allergy medicine to try to help with the cough. This cost me $400 that my insurance didn’t cover. Upon my return home I was diagnosed at a local urgent care with pneumonia and given antibiotics.

Very professional and super sweet. From Jasmine at the front desk to Sam the nurse that took vitals and history. Pearl (Maggie) the PA was amazing, kind caring and professional! Highly recommend!

These guys wanted to charge my daughter $300 for a visit while doing seasonal then extras for any follow up. No insurance was recognized despite us having coverage for all 50 states.

We recently were traveling through Denali and my husband got a serious eye infection..
Troy, PA and Rob, EMT took us in right away and prescribed medications that were needed until we got to Fairbanks to see an eye Dr. we are so very thankful they were there when needed

We are from out of state and while visiting my toddler woke up having what seemed like an asthma attack (no history of asthma). The staff was very nice and I do appreciate that, but they charged an arm and leg for a basic assessment (by an NP) and steroid injection. My insurance won't reimburse any of it and most insurances won't. Nice people but I would not go here unless it's a must.

The people working here are wonderful; they are caring and professional. I walked in after a fall with a cut on my head and was treated and released in less than an hour. Ms. Maggie and Rob did an amazing job caring for me. Rob even held my hand while the injection for the anethestetic was administered.
