I’m giving this office two stars because of Dr.Julia Craig-Muller.
Last month I developed what they call a mallet middle finger, that’s when the finger tip is bent,I called my hand doctor to make an appointment, but I needed a referral since I haven’t seen him in over 5 years,so I called the office of Dr.Craig-Muler to get one,but she refused unless I go for an office visit.I tried to explain it to her assistant that it was unnecessary since she’s not a hand doctor and she won’t be able to help,my explanation was not heard and the doctor still refused to send a referral,I finally gave in and asked the assistant if I could make a virtual visit since it was faster to get than an actual visit, she said yes and I was able to get one in few days with the assistant not the doctor, which by the way took about 3 minutes since there was nothing she can do after I showed her my finger over the phone , I am just baffled that Dr.Craig-Muller insisted to come for an office visit when she didn’t see me herself and if I did it would’ve been waist of time, all I can say is she’s more worried about tacking on another office visit and not the patient’s well being ,to her it’s $$$$ signs.
Also every time I went to see doctor Craig-Muller she made you feel bad and put you down and she has zero personality, she definitely needs to develop some empathy towards her patients and try to communicate with them better .
Needless to say I was able to switch doctors and won’t see her anymore.

Poorest patient care to be found. They see you for your yearly physicals and such but do no sick calls if your sick they say go to an urgent care are. They are very dismissive and think nothing of changing your provider giving you to a new NP who clearly is out of his depth.

The worst ER I have ever been to. I went here in September for severe stomach pain and the staff was extremely rude. First off, they would not confirm if they were within my insurance network or not, even though I asked multiple times, and they were being extremely deceptive about it and wouldn't give me a direct answer. Since the staff was so incompetent and couldn't figure out how to look my insurance up, I ended up having to find out myself which is not something you want to be doing when you're having an emergency.

The did all of these labs and tests on me just to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong and sent me home. Such a waste of my time and money for literally no help or answers as to what was wrong.

Flash forward to October and they send me a MASSIVE $1,500 bill. I've called several times to try and negotiate but they won't do it, even after I've offered to pay $1,000 today. Same experience as I got in person -- extremely rude, unhappy staff.

I would recommend going anywhere else but here because they'll rack up a massive bill just to tell you they don't know what is wrong with you.

This lab will send work out to quest diagnostics without telling you. I had bills from quest that were not covered by my insurance because the billing address of the quest lab they sent it to was out of network for my insurance. I learned this when I got a $500 bill from quest. My insurance had to manually reprocess as cape cod healthcare which was in network. Hours on the phone and a ton of aggravation. I had the same test 3 weeks apart. On one I owed $1.92 and the other I owed $45. Same test. Quest presented them for payment to my insurance from two different quest addresses. One address was in network one was not. If you are going to use quest make sure the physical address is in network. Quest is like a franchise so check the exact location with your insurance.

Don’t see Dr Tager, he refused to fill my medication although I’ve been taking them over 10 years. Poor service, poor healthcare!

Couldn’t find my lab orders that the doc CONFIRMED was faxed over. (“There are 3 places it could be and I’ve checked them all.”). Apparently there are 4. So much for getting there at 6 am for a fasting draw. Also after banging on the door, another pt and I had to call to remind them to OPEN THE * DOOR. Finally showed up around 6:10.

Very pleased with the quick and curious service.
Corporate policy has changed recently and blood tests which were available same day or the next now require several days wait. Not pleased with that.

Very disappointed. Couldn’t find my mother’s vein. She has bruises on both arms.
