I tried calling their office to schedule an appointment with Dr Franklin for my elderly neighbor and I was on hold for over an hour. I called back and left a voicemail for someone to call me to set up an office visit and we never received a call back. I actually drove to their Bourne office to see if they were closed and the building had several cars in their lot. I will attempt another call tomorrow, and hopefully someone will answer my call. My concern is my elderly neighbor who needs a refill on her medications but she needs an office visit in order to receive her memory medications.

Mom needed some blood tests and a few other tests done- starting with the wonderful, patient receptionist...How can I say THANK-YOU enough for being so patient and kind to Mom when she was nervous and confused...it meant so much to me after a long morning of others being impatient...i understand busy times I am in health care....so THANK-YOU for being you!!!💗 And the FABULOUS phlebotomist...You where so great...letting Ma tell you life stories and you knew a smaller needle was needed! THANK-YOU! It's so important in a world where we are quick to report the bad...I felt it is MOST important to share the wonderful! I only wish I remembered your names! You are both a 10 in my book!

Now part of Quest lab, l feel the hours are no longer customer friendly for working people. Also even after signing a release form to recieve my lab values l have yet to recieve them once.
