The older nurse in the Building was absolutely horrible . All she did was complain about having to rush and how she is the only nurse on staff. She then proceeded to talk about all the patients including my 11 year old son while she was at the desks .. The doors are very thin and we could hear every last word, including her laugh at his test results with the other staff members . Perhaps she should have retired 20 years ago and we would have had a better experience.

This place is horrible as far as service. I waited an hour in the waiting room, was finally brought into the exam room and sat for an additional thirty minutes before leaving without seeing a doctor. Yet I paid a co-pay and I'm sure they will bill my insurance for a visit.
I wish I could say this was the first and only negative experience I've had and maybe it was an off day. However, I have found the doctor's there to be rude in the past and so quick to get you out that they barely listen to what you're saying.

Cape Cod Healthcare, in general, is awful. It can take weeks, sometimes months to see your PCP or specialist and the urgent care in Falmouth should be called non-care. One has to assume there is good reason that CCHC has a very high physician turn over. I worked in a hospital for many years and have never seen doctors come and go as quickly as they do here, leaving clinics and urgent care centers understaffed or staffed with sub-par physicians.

When I walked in, the facility was fairly busy. I felt rushed and the doctor was not warm, welcoming, or informative. She did not give me time to ask any follow up questions or preventative measures I could take for the issue I came there for. She was in and out of the room in a span of 3 minutes. The whole experience was terrible and I definitely would recommend people go somewhere else. The whole healthcare system in this country leaves much to be desired, but this was just ridiculous. I felt more like cattle than a human being.

I was seen today for an injury & was Very impressed.
I was welcomed by the front office staff immediately and registered. The staff took me right back to a treatment room where I was assessed by an R.N. and a PA. They ordered x-rays which were accomplished in the building and as soon as I returned to the room they had a treatment plan in place.
The staff was extremely competent, kind and professional. I was in, assessed treated appropriartely & out in under an hour.
I am a R.N. with over 50 years of experience and a retired nurse educator so I am quite particular regarding health care especially for myself. This facility is EXCELLENT!!!

I barely sat down in the waiting room chair before my name was called. The medical assistant was very polite and helpful with answering my questions. The doctor was the same. Just a few minutes after the medical assistant left the room, the doctor came in unlike other doctors offices where I have waited in the room for quite some time feeling as if they forgot about me at some appointments. were thorough and got me in and out of the patient room Quickly without me feeling like it was rushed. My prescriptions were sent right to the pharmacy And my medications were explained to me. Also I was called with test results And they checked on me to see how I was doing and if my medications were Working so I feel like they really cared. I spent I think a total of 25 minutes from the time I walked in by the time I walked out. Very satisfied with both times I’ve visited. Both times are also extremely fast but not rushed

Worse visit ever. The provider didn't even take a proper history, her exam took 4 seconds. Not knowable on current treatments. Blew off any other considerations that affected my current provider. I would feel safer going to the VA. She was also disrespectful to the military. I am sure it was coded as a level 4 or 5 visit. I will be contacting my insurance.

The only reason to use this urgent care clinic is if you hate yourself, or want a family member to die.

Go to convenient MD. They are much better, you may have to wait but the care is so much better and willing to listen.

If the owner wants to talk to me, please call you have the number.

Don't go here unless you're okay with outdated medicine practice. My normal medical told me to go to urgent care so I came here and waited and then after a while of being here was told they can't do anything for me and that I only had a migraine. Turns out I had a sinus infection and I'm COVID positive. They only tested for the flu which came back negative. I appreciate the pain killers however their advice is that the minute you start feeling pain take a painkiller. If you care about treating yourself that shouldn't be how you treat everything because you'll allow the problem to continue.

This place was wonderful. There was no wait when I went (which I'm sure is just fortuitous) and the staff was very pleasant. The doctor took the time to explain how treatments had evolved since the last time I had this problem and why he was prescribing a particular medication over an other, which I greatly appreciated. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy (which, honestly, I don't care about bedside manner all that much personally, but I understand its import to some people). There was no problem with having the prescription sent to my pharmacy. Overall, as great as any experience at an urgent care clinic can be!
