I love coming to this facility. The staff is friendly yet professional. My appt was scheduled for 2 I was in at 2 and waited no more than 5 minutes for the doctor. Dr Jackson was fantastic. My mother even wanted to switch to him as her doctor but he's not taking any new patients. And the lab was quick to.i.didnt even have to wait at all. The test results were posted on mychart the next day. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends..I have also used fontsin urgent care with the same stellar results. Except for the wait time, but that's understandable s due to the type of care they provide. The care is top notch.

I was nearly discharged without being seen due to the staff being quite busy. When I inquired with the nurses, I initially received no attention as they were engaged in conversation among themselves. Despite my polite approach, one nurse eventually responded, albeit with noticeable annoyance, when I asked about the timing of my consultation after waiting for approximately two hours. She reluctantly brought over the discharge papers, only to realize that I had not yet been seen.

I expressed to her that I felt unwelcome and as though I was being a bother. Subsequently, Dr. Allen C. Bragdon entered the room, appearing perturbed by my comment. He curtly stated, "I will see you when I have a moment," which I found to be highly unprofessional. As a doctor, he should be defusing rather than escalating such situations.

This experience ranks among the worst I have encountered. Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental to your roles, yet I did not feel that these standards were met.

I went to this urgent care because I had a feeling of gas in my lungs and stomach across multiple days. Whenever I went to get it checked, Dr. Falank listened to my lungs with a stethoscope and concluded that it was a “muscle” problem. He didn’t even consider giving me an x-ray and looked very irritated with his job. I couldn’t shake the feeling so I went back and requested an x-ray the next day, come to find out I had a collapsed lung and they had to take me to the ER where I had to stay overnight. They get some of these doctors from the streets and they don’t like doing their jobs. Thanks to the few doctors there that pay attention and do their jobs, it would’ve been worse if I left it unattended and chalked it up to a “muscle problem.”

My wife and I have visited Fontaine Urgent Care multiple times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are good listeners and very capable problem solvers. My wife had a headache, fever, chills etc. After ruling out mono, the PA ordered a full tick panel. The results came back Babesiosis. The correct antibiotic was prescribed and stopped the tick borne disease. More recently, I was treated successfully for a gout flare up. The clinic runs very efficiently and the wait is typically very reasonable.

This place is my go to when I can't get to the doctor office or have urgent issues. My son (8) had an incident at school which caused a bad cut to his forhead that needed stitches. I brought him here, and the kindness and compassion they treated him with was amazing. They did an incredible stitch job too. One of the best I've seen especially since it was a pretty jagged wound!

I visited this facility the past weekend and had an incredibly unsatisfactory consult with the PA on staff. The provider was abrupt, arrogant, did not listen to me and as a result my visit was a complete waste of time. I had to find another facility and provider to address my needs. The most frustrating thing about this is a complete lack of a patients ability to reach anyone in the healthcare system in patient advocacy. Note that when contacting the facilities telephone number ( as suggest by Fontaine in response to other negative reviews here) you reach a receptionist who is unable to connect a patient to a patient advocate department. Highly frustrating and also well below standards of quality healthcare service delivery. I suggest staying away

They failed to bill my insurance for the treatment, which I noticed not because they said anything, but because I noticed the bill was inexplicably high.

I called their billing line and after spending considerable time waiting, I spoke to a representative who took my insurance info and said she would submit it to insurance.

This was a month and a half ago, and I still have incessantly received billing notifications by mail and email expressing the incorrect balance and even telling me my bill is overdue. I called the billing line again today and was told the agent I spoke with never submitted the insurance info I provided!

This behavior is unacceptable. Between the unprofessional conduct of the billing team, and the poor quality of care I received at the clinic (I was given an oral steroid and falsely told it had no notable side effects), Cape Cod Healthcare honestly doesn't deserve to get paid at all.
