Great medical care, no wait, quick test results and prescription written. Doctor Fletcher and the nurse and front desk person were all courteous, helpful and very efficient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. Too bad it’s closing next month for the off-season.

The receptionist and nurse were quite pleasant and helpful. But the doctor was a total jerk. We waited over an hour to go in which was fine. They had the wait time posted. Once in the exam room we saw the nurse right away. Great. Then another 30 mins went by and nothing. So I poke my head out and see about 8 people including the doctor sitting around computers. Half chatting and half on computers. I asked if anyone was coming to see us and the doctor told me “ it takes longer when you ask us”. At that point we’d been waiting a total of 2 hours. He came in about 5 mins later and examined my 8 year old. When she got nervous about using an inhaler he told her “don’t be whiney” and “ stop being crabby”. At one point he said, well it’s not cancer.” For he chest congestion. Time for this old man to retire because he’s lost his ability to care about patients. Try somewhere else.

This Sunday morning I had a UTI. Wonderful nurse who was the best ever, great Dr. Reception was courteous and professional, 5 minute wait, no copay. I could not have been more impressed by the whole experience.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the urgent care center, and I cannot rave enough about the outstanding service I received there. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine concern.

Moreover, the facility was equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, which allowed for accurate diagnoses and efficient treatment. This, combined with the staff's expertise, instilled a sense of confidence in the medical care I received.

My daughter needed to be seen and we were able to get in quickly this morning. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility is exceptionally clean and we felt so fortunate and grateful to receive such excellent care while on vacation. Thank you Dr. Cornwall and staff.

The front desk and nurses were nice but Dr. Malone is incredibly unprofessional. She was visibly frustrated/ annoyed at me the entire time while I was having a medical emergency. I asked if I could be dehydrated and was hoping she'd ask follow up questions to assess that, but she said "you don't look dehydrated" and referred me to the hospital. Turns out I was very dehydrated but Dr. Malone couldn't be bothered to listen to me and provide care.
