I took my baby here because he had a fever, chills and lack of appetite. Every single person that we interacted with was so caring, thorough and helpful. It’s very clean, pleasant and we did not feel rushed. Most importantly, I felt listened to. Grateful to have them there for when his pediatrician is not available.

My daughter visited Cape Cod Healthcare Urgent Care - Sandwich yesterday, and the physician she saw was Jacklyn Reis. During the visit, Jacklyn mentioned that her tonsils looked great. However, there's a slight issue with that—my daughter had her tonsils removed when she was five years old, and she is now 22.

Yesterday I went to get seen for a sinus problem. I am 66 years old and know when I have a sinus infection. The website said 15-20 minute wait. No problem. Was left in a room over an hour. Told the attending physician I had sinus pressure and pain. No fever. Fully vaccinated. Just needed an antibiotic to clear up the infection. She wouldn’t prescribe me anything without a COVID-19 test. Left very unhappy. I still have a sinus infection and no COVID. 😳 My shocked face.

I went here with a torn acl, and all the typical symptoms of one. The doctor who saw me here said nothing was wrong and to go back to sports once the swelling went down, leading to unnecessary pain and time being wasted when they should've said that they weren't able to properly diagnose me.

My father went here after having multiple small strokes. They said he was fine. He could have been crippled for life, or killed, because of the negligence and poor standard of care at this practice.

Do not go here if you value your health and life.

Attention right away to get you signed in. Courtesy from everyone. Explain whatever questions you have. Clean inside. Explain what they are going to do and why. They will explain X-rays after they are read by a radiologist. Everyone was empathetic to you as a human being. Great care!

On 5/15, I came because I thought I broke my foot, and I got in and out within 1 hour. The nurse and doctor I saw we're so nice I didn't have a broken foot. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care

Absolutely terrible.

I waited two hours just to be told to take over the counter medicine. Obviously I wouldn’t be coming here if I didn’t think it was more serious than some Advil. The doctors were inconsiderate and wasted my time. Only one doctor was available- he was talking down to me and was giving me answers that were clearly things I would do, if I didn’t think what I had was serious. Thank you for nothing. That was ridiculous.

I had a great experience here. The woman who processed my paperwork was pleasant & professional (and funny). Medical staff answered all of my questions. The experience was efficient without being rushed.
