It has been a hard two years trying to get my mother seen by a specialist. Finally a client of mine recommended Rheumatologist Dr. Brian King with a glowing review. My mother was able to immediately get in for an appointment, and this appointment was the best gift we could have asked for. He was so patient and kind with my mom, and expressed real concern with her myriad of documented symptoms. He ordered extensive imaging and labs for her and she has a follow up within the next two months. I don’t know anything about the office or any other doctors at this practice, but I would like to give a big thank you to Dr. King for restoring our hope in medical care. I will continue to recommend him to my other clients.

Brian King is the worst kind of doctor there is. He is rude, he does not listen to what you are saying, which was clear the time of appointment but even more when I read his notes in my chart. He literally kicked me out of the office and said I was on my own because he doesn’t like to treat the problem o have. He said it’s not his area of interest. To bad you all got rid off all the good doctors and nurses.

Back in June 2023 I was referred and had called to make an appointment. I remember not feeling great about the interaction with the woman who answered my call. There was an opening within a few weeks but I had just started my new job and wanted to schedule for a day that wouldn’t interfere with work. I asked when the next available Monday was and was told it would be in May 2024. I said that was fine. I am a long haul truck driver and am very careful when booking appointments and making sure I can make them. I just called today May 1, 2024 to confirm the date and time of my appointment and was told it was for Tuesday the 28th. When I explained the conversation and what I had asked for back in June the woman doing the scheduling gave a quick laugh and responded “you might have asked for that but you’re scheduled for Tuesday. The doctor doesn’t work on Mondays.” From the tone in her voice it was obvious she could not be bothered with this. Sure this whole thing may have been a huge misunderstanding but the attitude, lack of empathy, and blatant rudeness that I received from this woman was enough for me to search for another office. I’m sure the doctor is great, as from the many excellent reviews I have read, but the office support is horrendous.
