Avoid using this company at all costs. There are other, and much better options available. Some of the worst communication and billing practices I have ever dealt with. Save yourself from future headaches.

Wow, amazingly bad service! Getting info from them is like pulling teeth. It took weeks to get a respiratory therapist to talk to me to tell me what was needed, but the new perscription was ignored for weeks. The "Compliance" department is now shaming me for not using the machine more than 5 minutes per night, but they're not making the adjustment so it doesn't choke me as soon as I fall asleep? Now they're texting me 7 weeks later that I'm a new patient and to schedule an Intake Process. So much fun. /s

Went to get fitted and pick up my cpap machine, Cheryl monaghan was our respiratory therapist, she was awesome, so pleasant and professional, she explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Very pleasant visit

Worst company. They call me every day and send an email every day to reorder supplies, even after I told them to stop. Just waited 10 mins to talk to a supervisor, Sean Wilson. Will see if they stop Robo-calling.

Extremely shady billing. No matter how many times you pay your bill and just when you think you are in the clear they send you random bills despite having balances of 0 and now all of a sudden you owe them 15 dollars or whatever else they decide to charge you with months and months after you had originally bought the equipment. I suggest alternative places
