My Family became clients of Christine Bosworth on November 11, 2023 when my Mother was discharged from an assisted living facility’s respite stay of 30 days. She entered into Hospice care the next day requiring 24 hour care in her home. I selected Christine Bosworth after interviewing other agencies and private care professionals. I did so based on her simple philosophy of making my Mother’s home care one that would be respectful; nurturing and focused on safety while at home. Presently it is September 13, 2024, 10 months from the date of coming home. Christine and her Team of Caregivers have provided us with care most people can only wish for. It is her approach from day 1 that has led to her success. She did not over promise and under deliver any of her promises. In fact, she has accomplished much more than we could have envisioned. Christine and her “Angels” have brought more moments of joy while providing personalized care which are tailored to fit the needs of my Mother and inclusive of our Family. She has developed incredible rapport with my Mother; our Friends and Family. Consistently communicating with us and involving others such as the VNA/Hospice who visit the home 5 days a week or as needed. She and her Team take the initiative, as authorized to do so, to contact Hospice directly after hours if questions or scenarios arise. Her reliability is paramount and takes the lead for her Team. While we never knew what our journey would be like nor for how long, we wished for everything we currently have. She and her Team have become Family to us and it is due to each of her commitments. Her approach leads to success. We are incredibly blessed for each day.
