I’m so thankful my first experience needing medical equipment was with Capital Medical & Surgical!

Ling was so helpful and patient with me as she worked with me to get the equipment I needed for my Mom to come home. She also checked the insurance coverage which helped us to understand the coverage and costs related to our choices.

We ended up needing a hospital bed and Ling did a great job explaining our options and had it delivered really quickly. The delivery man, Cameron, did a great job setting the bed up. He was efficient and polite… but I really appreciated his attention to detail and he was so careful of the floors and surroundings while he worked.

Finally, we weren’t happy with the commode that was delivered and they had the one we wanted and swapped it out for us without any hassles.

We have been under a lot of stress during our medical treatment and I sure appreciated the pleasant and efficient service we received. Thanks so much!!

Exceptional service. It was very fast and everyone was so personable. KeyKey was professional and made sure she double checked insurance. She was so patient with my questions. The icing on the cake was when Sam said he hoped my son felt better and wished him well by NAME. In fact, he greeted and said goodbye to every customer by name like he was their best friend. Happy to have this pleasant experience.

I visited capital medical and Surgical on Wednesday, October 29,2024 regarding a chair I previously purchased and Ling Ling assisted me with the swap out of a smaller chair, great customer service by she and Sam, I would definitely recommend them for any medical supply needs.

I’ve been using Capital Medical and Surgical for years. They’ve always been first rate!

I bought a wheelchair from them in February of 2022. After about six months, I discovered the brakes needed adjustment. I went to the store and was pleasantly greeted by Samuel, who’s been there for 13 years. He fixed the brakes quickly, and after about 10 minutes, sent me on my merry way. When I asked how much it would be, he told me it was no charge.

Now, two years later, I again found myself with a brakes problem. Sam diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work. He took the chair apart, repaired one and replaced the other swiftly and professionally.

I would absolutely use Capital Medical and Surgical again for all my wheelchair needs. Everyone in the store is personal, professional, and go out of their way to help you with a smile.

unorganized and the so called manager doesn’t know anything,I called several times when she doesn’t want to help you she put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you.
I even called the owner and left a message but he didn’t return the call.
My insurance confirmed with me that my equipment was covered but the lady who called herself manager would tell me I have to pay full price.
Very untrustworthy and dishonest business.
