Poor customer service the receptionist needs a different profession she’s extremely rude nasty attitude and hangs up once you decide to tell her respect goes both ways give it to me and I’ll give it to you I will be filing a law suit because of her I did not receive my medical supplies this company sucks I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM

I been with capital medical supplies since may2014. They have waaay better . Supplies the several companies do. They have alot of patience when dealing with irate patients as well as myself. They have Jason which is the man that works on the wheelchairs. They're always professional. And they treat you like family. So you're not logbook just looked at only as a customer I highly recommend their products are updated. Their goal is to help you the best way they know to keep you pleased and comfortable. I'm not going anywhere no time soon

I would like to share the experience I had with Capitol Medical Supply beginning July 21-Aug 4th. We visited Washington D.C. for the first time from out of state. We needed a bedside commode chair for my son who is a paraplegic. From day one Jason and staff was most helpful, kind and courteous. The overall process was communicated by email and phone. Lastly, I asked that the chair be delivered to the hotel we stayed the day before we arrived. Only when I arrived at the hotel were there complications. Nevertheless, Jason arrived at the hotel "IN PERSON" to resolve the situation, and he offered to come to the hotel room to assembly the chair. I could not have asked for better service, If I could rate 10 STARS I would. So appreciative!! Don't ever lose Jason!!
