Carbon Health has a very welcoming environment. I was a "walk-in" yet they took me right in. The nurse was very knowledgeable, the NP was very thorough, and I felt they really cared. I was in right away, had an extensive and thorough check up, and I felt they left no stone unturned. I didn't have to wait and am very confident in the NP's diagnosis. They took a swab and I will find out the results tomorrow. I highly recommend this establishment, from 1-10, I would give it an 11, from the reception to the nurse to the NP. I was very grateful for the care I received.

Worse place ever to go as a patient. The front desk person is very unfriendly. She made me waited standing at front of her for around 5 minutes while she was doing some other stuff in the computer.
When she finally ask me for my name I couldn’t hear her, because my appointment was for ear concerns and partially lost my hearing she got upset and finally she told me that my insurance was not accepted with them.
In my own opinion. Avoid this place if you can.

Booked prior and rocked up with a quick check-in and front desk was super accommodating.

Coming from Hong Kong, was nervous about seeing a doc outside of the countrybeithout insurance. Paid out of pocket and the nurse and doctors were thorough and informative. Made my first time at a doctors office stateside very smooth and enjoyable. Definitely reccomend this if you don't have a network.

I highly recommend this Urgent care location if you are visiting the area and have a medical issue. I developed a UTI and called Carbon Health. They made an appointment and when I arrived, they got me right in. The provider talked to me, run a test, and called in a prescription. Then they contacted me a couple of days later to see how things were going. After the prescription ran out, they contacted me again to see if my UTI was gone. I wish I could get that kind of medical care and attention back home.

I was there for blood test, but the doctor put a cream for my ear in the prescription by mistake and I ended up not buying the right medication. Also be careful when you get there, the reception is not helpful at all and doesn’t know how to talk!

Fraud ALert :They added a new charge 4 days after . Even though I paid for my bill together . They provided me the list of prices and it equates to my original charge now they are adding new charges . They also deleted my original post and added the charge after my initial review
