Made an appointment online and started the check-in online, easy-peasy.

When I arrived, I found the facility clean & a pleasant environment. Everyone was kind and efficient. The Physician’s Assistant that I saw was very thorough and patient & answered lots of questions.
I will definitely go back again; and refer friends and family.

Great doctor with professionalism & their staff expect for a this one particular male receptionist named Andrew doesn’t really seem too friendly or professional. If you’re irritated with your job, just look for another one. My mother & I witnessed how he spoke to those older Hispanic couple as we were sitting in the lobby for my appointment. When a lady spoke to him, his response was to her saying, “I don’t speak Spanish.” He didn’t even tried to help her though or did he offered to translate at least, so her & her husband both left. I however, by no means I’m a “Karen” but I felt the need to review this man the way he deserves. I myself doesn’t speak Spanish perfectly but at least not once was I ever rude, discriminated nor responded to anyone like that but at least I tried to help lol 🤷🏻‍♀️. We felt bad how he turned her down & that’s not how the way you offer service to the clients 👎🏼

Reason for appointment: TB and hepatitis B screening
Arrival time: 2 PM,
Forwarded email with QR code at 2:07 pm
Appointment cancellation time: 2:45 PM
Reason for cancellation: 45 minutes of time wasted
reason for delay: Location was short one provider. This was not disclosed at time of check-in.
Comments: unclear why provider cannot quickly place an order for two employer ordered blood draws between patients.
Full disclosure: I am a physician who ran an outpatient clinic myself. I was accustomed to requests for orders like this to help improve clinic workflow.
Check in staff member was very cordial, but this review should serve as a lesson in efficiency and communication.

The ladies on staff were very nice, helpful, and fast. Dr. D. Is hands down one of the best that I have ever interacted with! Super nice, very professional and a straight shooter, no nonsense kind of Dr! They should clone him and distribute across the U.S. Thanks for a positive experience DR. D.

Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Made an appointment and was seen under five minutes after I was checked in. The doctor was caring and understanding, listened to everything that I had to say. Hands down will come back here again if needed. Five stars for friendly staff, clean office and outstanding service.

This place is a rip off !!!
Fraud!!!
Denied services for prior visit that they claim insurance company didnt pay them 250.00 urgent care visit.
They Wanted me to pay $170.00 because insurance company did not pay them full amount.
And i needed to pay the difference.
Lies lies lies
Called ins provider they said they have set rates with them.
i did not have to pay them nothing besides the $30.00 co pay
Which i did pay it at time of the visit.
They were just Trying to get paid double
Appointment was at 1:15 pm didn’t get seen 1 - 1/2 later just to be told my son was perfectly fine. Not to worry about nothing.
Same night By 9:45 pm he got a high fever 103 degrees.
Not a good place to come very unprofessional and careless

Waiting 45min to be called even though I had an appointment. Other people who were 10 min late to their appointment got attitude from the front and then told they would be as a walking- so why do they hold their patients to a high standard than they hold themselves? I told the medical assistant my concern and he told me that there was nothing they can do, they had other priorities. Okay, fine I understand, but why treat people bad and except us to follow your rules? I’m tired of healthcare professionals doing whatever they want

From out of state and have had two visits with my baby and all staff are super empathetic and patient which is genuinely what you need in these kind of moments. It’s become my go to place when I’m away from home. Minimal wait and Dr. is kind and efficient but not rude or rushed.
