Very kind people! I always trust Carbon Health for my medical needs, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I feel heard. Both primary and urgent care providers are amazing and so kind. Dr Paula made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand without making me feel stupid, which I really appreciated. Making an appointment is super easy, checking in is never a hassle, and I appreciate being seen so quickly. I always walk in feeling stressed about my medical things but walk out feeling so much more at peace.

This places is so slow, parking sucks, not convenient at all. I checked in on time and 1 hour later when they finally called me to do a drug screen they said that my time had expired. All I came here for was a drug screen that took 1 hour to call me. They don’t care if it’s their fault. This could put people’s jobs, careers in jeopardy. Go somewhere else please.

I had a severe allergic reaction only a few miles away from this Carbon Health and ran in looking for medical attention, as there was no way I could make it to the ER. The whole team was so attentive and caring as I was barely intelligible. This is not the typical use case for urgent care, but they treated me swiftly, stayed with me until a steroid shot kicked in, prescribed me meds, and let me leave when I was ready. Extremely sweet team of people who care about your well being. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly impressed by this gem of an urgent care center in the heart of Echo Park! Not only was the check-in process, incredibly efficient, but it was done with a warm welcome.

I was especially impressed with the clinical staff. That is not to take anything away from the staff who welcomed me and processed me for my appointment. The clinical staff was very thorough. They were also able to take care of an issue that my own GP and staff could not.

I am feeling better than ever, and I owe it to their caring attitudes, professionalism and overall knowledge.

Love this place. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Everyone there is super professional and nice. The app is so easy to use and eliminates filling out forms and endless questions at the office. Easy to get and appointment and much better than visiting my primary physician. Some people have complaints about billing, but I think that may be their insurance. I have Blue Cross. On both visits I have been billed $30 copayfor a general visit and that’s it. Cheaper than what I would pay for a copay at urgent care or a specialist.

Staff was kind, friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment easily. I will definitely come back if needed. I would recommend evening appts ( I went in at 6 pm). Parking was easy to find. And the wait was not long. I work as an RN so I understand that you won't always be seen on time. I was in and out within an hour! Kaiser urgent care had me waiting 5 hours at times.

Okay I normally would not leave reviews for things like this but this is possibly the best health care service ive ever received? Definitely the best urgent care I've ever visited. Dr. Susan Mendes was SO THOROUGH with her examination of me for an issue that was freaking me out and had such great bedside manner and just made me feel like she really wanted to figure out what was wrong (I've had experiences in which the urgent care doctors are like, meh, and throw random medication at you without really examining you or really listening to your symptoms). But what made this experience just so above and beyond is that I mentioned I was from out of town and leaving in a couple of days, which she remembered. And then I messaged her through the portal wondering if it might be a different issue we worried I might have - ON A SUNDAY - and she called me!! And then bc I was on a flight going to another city, she called a pharmacy for me in the other city's airport and when she couldnt get through to them, she sent me the prescription of my new medication to bring to a pharmacy myself. Just like. Amazing healthcare service and I am truly so so grateful. More than I expected and it gives just a measure of peace of mind to have someone who really cares. Thank you so much, Dr. Mendes!!!

My primary doctor didn’t resolve nor took care of me like Doctor Deanna Lewis did. She didn’t hesitate to take action and prescribed what was needed after suffering for weeks.
The staff was polite and caring, a special recognition to Renee who was very helpful and patient with my insurance issue. Thank you all Carbon Health in Echo Park! I will definitely keep coming back to you folks!
