I had a great experience here! This is by far the most efficiently run urgent care I’ve ever visited. I scheduled an appointment the day before and called ahead to confirm they’d be able to help me (I was declined service at another clinic). The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even let me send pictures ahead of time for the PA to review, just to make sure they could assist me before I came in (so I wouldn’t be charged unnecessarily). Jonathan Tan, PA, removed my stitches quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend this urgent care, friendly, professional, and truly patient-focused.

I went there for A preemployment physical and lab work as well as a TB test. As I walked into this very clean looking facility, I was greeted immediately by the lady at the desk and was told that she will be with me in a minute because she was helping somebody at the moment. I was explained that this is more than just a physical that was needed, and that had to look at each individual lab that was needed. Insurance didn’t cover it and I had to pay out-of-pocket so it was kind of pricey, but I was in and out within an hour. I have to go back Sunday for my PPD reading, but I definitely would go back there again. They were so quick, so efficient, so professional, and just so friendly and helpful that I felt comfortable being there and I felt that I was in good hands. I definitely would recommend this to anybody who is in the area and needs some medical care.

My mom came with me and she was commenting on how quickly they were taking care of me. Mom took my dad to an urgent care in the area after he fell and hit his head, And even though they said that they took walk-ins, they made my mom schedule an appointment when she was already there. So now, I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else.

Update:

So I went there after that first visit for a 12 panel drug test. I’m doing self pay because insurance won’t cover a preemployment labs. And when I get there I’m told that the drug test cost $85. So I pay the $85 there and I go take the urine test and the analyze it in a little machine in front of me. The whole process takes about 1015 minutes and I get a print out that says I’m clean of any drugs, and so I’m done with my visit and I leave. I checked the app later on the next day, and I see that I have a outstanding bill of $175. Upon for other investigation, I see that it is a charge for a marijuana physical, which I didn’t even ask for or have done to me. I write an email to the building department, which really didn’t help resolve the issue. So I went to the clinic again to talk to the ladies there. And Christine was able to see that I was charged for something I didn’t order. We have results for and she tried to refund it, but there was some glitch in the system. I’m supposed to have heard back from them two days ago, so I’ll call again today and find out what’s going on. If they’re gonna refund me or not. This is been kind of disappointing. Oh also my first day there. They threw some blood on me for some lap test, and only one of the four lab test came back, but the result the other three were canceled by somebody at the clinic or at the lab, and it also stated that there wasn’t enough sample, but I had two full tubes of blood that were drawn, so I don’t even know why, but I’m trying to get a refund for that as well. Cause I don’t have any results for it And it’s been several weeks. So this kind of has been disappointing.

After being rather disgusted with dealing with the medical bureaucracy working with Carbon Health Urgent Care was a refreshing change. I was a walk-in patient experiencing chest pains. I was amazed at how quickly I was treated and how fast processing was. I think it was only 5-10 minutes before I was getting an EKG!! The Dr was friendly, kind, and very informative. He took as much, if not more, time to speak with me than my regular doctor. I was scheduled for a follow-up the very next day. So far I am very impressed.

Came in today for a last minute athletic clearance physical for my daughter. The receptionist was very busy, but made me feel like I had her full attention and was extremely helpful. The person who took my daughter's vitals as well as the doctor were both very friendly and quick. This place gave the feel of a family-owned business. I was extremely satisfied with the service we received.

I have never had a pleasant experience at any urgent care until now. Although, they saw me quickly and tended to my needs carefully. I felt personally cared for. Nothing more valuable than achieving vulnerability and trust with people that you are entrusting your health and wellness to!

Made a same day appointment, they had us in very quick. Our son had an ugly ingrown toenail and they did a great job removing it. Dr. and Nurse were great!! Both were very friendly and kept our son calm through the whole process. Would definitely return if we needed to.

This facility should be the gold standard for medical care, especially in this country. Quick in, treatment, recommendations, prescriptions, out all within minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly and competent. The epitome of success and taking into consideration people’s busy lives. 10/10 recommend. Very impressed with this facility.

Scheduled an 8:00am appt for Sunday, on a Saturday night, and was called back before 8:10am. The facilities were clean and bright. The health assistant was kind and proficient, and the doctor couldn't have been nicer. He listened carefully, and after my exam - discussed what he thought was the best plan of treatment, taking into account my drug allergies. I felt heard, taken care of, and grateful. My husband has also been here, and we both highly recommend this Carbon urgent care and the care they provide.
