I needed an appointment urgently but didn’t want to brave the ER and its cost after losing my insurance. I was able to quickly make an appointment online at 1 am and was seen the next morning at Carbon Health, Martinez. I loved that their pricing is posted on the website so I knew exactly what to expect at my appointment.
The MA that checked me in was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Shae the PA-C echoed this demeanor of sincerity, professionalism and care. They worked quickly and efficiently, I was out in and out in about 35 minutes. I felt completely comfortable with my health in the hands of these two women and would recommend Carbon Health to anyone in between insurance providers, or anyone who wanted to avoid a trip to the ER for something urgent but not life threatening.

The service was very nice. I felt very good. It was my first visit. The receptionist, I think her name was Jessica. She was very nice and the doctor also spoke to me in a very family atmosphere. I felt very good. I will recommend others too.

Always my first choice! We have good insurance, but instead of my primary doctor, I prefer to go to Carbon Health because they always have same-day appointments and there's no wait time with their appointment system.

When you are sick or injured, you need care same day, not next week, or after sitting in the ER for 8 hours.

The young lady doctor in Martinez is very sweet, knowledgeable, and always provides clear explanations. She also takes the time to listen to my concerns and address all my questions.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the clinic is clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend Carbon Health to anyone looking for convenient and quick quality healthcare.

Have been here twice now. Staff is friendly. Always a quick visit! In and out in less than 20 minutes with my (or my sons) aliment taken care of. So much easier than trying to get a doctor's appointment with my provider. Highly recommended.

An urgent care place where you can set a same day appt on a Saturday! So no waiting in line, etc. The facility was easy to get to, super clean, and the staff was great. I’m so happy I found this place.

I was terribly sick with fevers, painful cough, and eventual loss of breath. I never get sick and don’t even have a Dr. I located Carbon Urgent Care and walked in without an appt and was received by a very friendly and kind front counter Rep, within 5-7 minutes I was seen by back room staff. I had a thorough exam and I was listened to. My diagnosis found upper respiratory infection. I was treated on the spot with a one time single dose of a steroid, and a secondary scrip for antibiotic was sent to the closest pharmacy. I was also given additional advice for over the counter support meds. I’m so grateful that I found Carbon Urgent Care in my town. Extremely clean inside facility, and two very professional staff, will definitely revisit if I ever need help again!
